lol... ya, it sucks. My only suggestion right now is you guys can use the Ignition card catcher trial or drivehud trial. At least you'll get some hand data.

Is anyone else having issues with all-in equity being displayed in PT4 after importing hands? I've noticed that the stat hasn't been displaying properly since the Hand Histories started working again/ the last time I updated PT4.

You can’t. I’ve very politely begged customer service. She checked 3 turns for me and they told me there is no way they can do more than 7 days on their end.

The issue isn't that they're not showing the correct equities... the issue is that my PT4 doesn't seem to be picking up the fact that they're "all-in" hands... and therefore doesn't display any all-in equity whatsoever.

hi, as i posted earlier, i got rid of the internal error by deleting some app data files inluding a coolies.ini in .../local.

so client runs fine.

now i get javascript error EMFILE too many files open when downloading hand histories.

hand history directory has one empty file.

Just bought the converter to get zone data but it seems it only converted the files that are still in the downloading fase, All the hhs i previously downloaded that say download period finished didn't convert. Is this how the converter works or did i do something wrong?

Edit: looks like all the files were in that same week everyone else had problems, Guess those hhs are gg then?

Just through parallels or a similar windows emulator. I'd recommend trying it out because they run great and then you don't limit your software choices to only mac. We have a lot of users who use parallels w/ several of our products w/o issue and like it.

If you want to see all of your opponents hole cards for review, or you want to import zone hands, then yes. With all known hole cards you have to have an older version of HM2 installed (it provides a link for this d/l), or any newer version of Pt4 in the last ~6 months.

My converter is showing files found and processed but no hands found, converted or moved to the new folder. How do I fix this.

I have confirmed that there are many Ignition hands in the folder to convert.
