Documents\IgnitionHandHistory

Unless you moved it. Are you sure when you've downloaded hands that there's actually content in the files you got from Bovada?

So my output directory should be ignitionhandhistory for my hands played on bovada? Yes the hands are fully downloaded from bovada. I tried both obviously, its just processing the files found.

The default converted folder is ignitionhandhistory. I don't know what yours is set to (it's right in the middle of the app). I'm just saying, check to make sure you're looking and converting in the correct folders.

I was also asking if you opened one of the hands from bovada and made sure the hand history was complete. After you convert, are you seeing the converted hands in the converted folder (ignitionhandhistory or whatever your folder is set to).

My hands are not converting either. I played about 15k hands in October and the hand converter only converted about 400.

Is there something I need to do on my end? The directories are set correctly.

Not sure what you mean either, but are the hands you're converting supported by your version? Double check that and make sure the hands you downloaded are ok (not corrupted). There's no issues w/ the converter.

Right now the new JP S&G's are not supported, but I'll be posting a version here soon that will support them.

Any plans to add support for Hand2Note (preferably with "known hole cards") in the future? Converted Ignition hands do not import correctly in either HM or PT format.

Just a quick Fyi... this is a known issue on Ignition's side. There's nothing the converter can do to resolve it. Hopefully Ignition will figure it out here soon.

So this is why when I download my hands then go to convert it shows up as no hands I assume. Pretty ridiculous, Bovada needs to get ontop of this BS asap.

I heard from Ed in our support that Ignition is aware and they addressing the issue. Who knows how long it will take though.

Same problem, I emailed customer service and asked them to reset my download period and then today still got the same error above in each file.

Yeah, resets won't work with this issue.

It's frustrating for sure. I'd recommend everyone e-mail them though so they know the impact on their customer base. They will elevate the issues when enough people complain.
