You are importing into Pt4 from the wrong directory. And also just update to .56. But that error is usually when users are importing the original ignition hands and not the converted folder.

Hi, I got a little confused when I did a search. I'm switching from PT4 to HM2. What version of HM2 do I need to load for my card catcher and converter to work properly and show all hole cards?

You need hm2 .8079 (there's a link in the hand converter to downgrade). But like I said in a previous post, if you're also using the catcher, then HUD auto load won't work with that version. You have to manually add the HUD to the table w/ table finder.

when do you see your opponents hole cards with the converter? Immediately after the hand live while you are playing or do you have to wait till end of session and download?

Hand histories w/ all known hole cards are only provided 24 hours after you play. So you have to wait until the next day and download them.

It's a great an unique study tool for player pool profiling though.

Hi, I missed some hands with card catcher so I downloaded last 7 days hands with converter. However, I import through card catcher as Hero (iPoker), and converter appears to only import as Hero (Pokerstars). Thus if I combine to an alias, I will have overlap/duplicate hands. Is there any simple-ish way to get around this? Thanks.

No, not really, other than just don't import the hands for the same days that you ran the catcher.

Your Omaha license is expired. You should have a renew button on that blue screen where you enter the registration.

1) You need to update, you have an old version. This might be your only issue honestly:

2) You only have tournament games registered. Not sure if you're trying to import other games or not.

3) Clear out your output directory. You weren't looking in the correct directory in your earlier post. It's the first directory listed at the top in the hand converter. But do this after you update to the latest converter version and import once.

Yessir, I havent had any problems either but it was just these two hands. Which is weird because I'm sure there were multiple side pot hands that session other than these 2.

For the past several months only my omaha tournament hands are being converted to hold'em manager & I'm not able to import my NLH hands. Every thing was working fine before then. Any idea why this might be happening?

Check at the top right hand side of the hand converter. Does it say it's registered for holdem? It probably got unregistered and you just need to re-register it by clicking register, entering your serial.

The developers were saying they needed to see the original, unconverted hand to see what was going on. Can you send that to support from this page when you have some time please?

I purchased the card catcher cash/tourney combo a couple of days ago. The email confirmation left the serial key field blank. I contacted support and was told the email was probably in my spam folder. Incorrect, I simply wasn't given one. Then, support directed me to a key reminder link except the keys did not work. My emails have since been ignored. This is the second time I've purchased the card catcher. It was a much smoother experience the first time. Loyalty not rewarded.
