Hey guys,

Over the weekend, I've noticed that the My C Allin-Adj column hasn't been calculating for my hands in the past 3-4 days on Poker Tracker 4. It's the column that's your EV for a hand once you go all in. Anyone else notice this error?

Haven't had any reports of this from anyone. Did you update PT4 lately, or anything of note that's significantly different? There's nothing in the hand format that's changed in a long while now.

Make sure enable all known hole cards is checked in settings on the converter. Make sure in PT4 your hand replayer has show opponent hole cards checked.

Not sure what changed, I think I updated PT4, I'm gonna try to reinstall the latest patch. I haven't been playing much but my latest hands have the same issue. It's not reading me going all-in, thus it's not calculating my all-in equity. I'll cross post with the Poker Tracker thread.

Update, I reinstalled the patch and I'm still seeing the same issue. The admin/support from pokertracker said it might be the converter. I'm going to try to create a new database and if that doesn't work uninstall and reinstall the program.

I've been getting an trying to use the product for the last 2 days. It keeps giving me some sort of error after I enter my serial number and doesn't let me use the program at all. It was working for me earlier this week and just started giving me the error 2 days ago. My serial key is from October of 2016.
Any ideas?

I see "register more games" option when i open my Bovada Hand Converter software, I have never saw this before. It appears I only have Cash Holdem/ Cash Omaha enabled when in the past I had full functionality, tourneys were supported for me. Why was this changed suddenly? please help me fix it

Is anyone else having issues with the card catcher missing hands? I am missing a handful every session. It is frustrating having to download the hands across reconcile what is missing each session.

Just tried to use hand converter and had it ask me for my serial number to register the product. Odd, because it's been registered for quite some time. Can you let me know how I get a copy of my serial number? I don't have the original email from when I purchased.

I have the latest version of both hand converter and card catcher installed. The only serial # that is still being denied is Cash NL for the hand converter. The other two serial #'s worked fine-cash omaha and the card catcher. I did manually delete the licenses in my folder as you instructed in the card catcher thread before re-registering. Any ideas? Thanks.

I already have the Ignition Card Catcher. If I want to get the Hand History Converter to use just for Zone tables what do I need to do to set that up? Will I end up with duplicate hands from the non-Zone tables?
