CONVERTER Ignition/Bodog Hand History Converter Software - Page 103 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

I'm not sure if this is answered and I tried searching for it, but are Ignition and Bovada hand converter separate programs now? Do i have to purchase the Ignition Hand Converter to convert hands from now on? I have all 3 licenses for Bovada converter and I tried inputting the serials for the Ignition converter and it says it's invalid.

The converter is skipping a ton of hands now, any updates?

Also, when I imported the hands, only 34 hands imported, the rest were listed as "duplicate".

It was answered a few posts back, Ignition has f'd up their HH's and we might be screwed while waiting for them to "escalate" (and I wouldn't be shocked at all if they never bothered to fix it), DriveHUD or Card Catcher seems like the best bet if you want to track your results (for now at least).

Yes, it will still convert old hands, assuming by old you mean previously saved bovada hands.

They will fix it, they have to, even just for preventing collusion. But I won't leave you out in the cold. If you really don't want to wait then contact support and they can get you some credit you can apply to something else.

Yeah, pretty much right now.

Like I said, they'll have to fix it. But when it's hard to say of course. I'll keep contacting them though and update in here. I'd definitely recommend everyone emailing them though just so they know there's a lot of people who use these hands and they will make it high priority.

Well almost, if not all, of my original hand history is just fine. I cut and pasted my latest hands from C:\ignition\hand history. I don't know how to attach files so I just blasted the whole thing to them.
It was the exact same hand printed over and over.

edit - I think I may have figured this out. I just clicked on the paper clip icon at the bottom of my email page and then found C:\ignition\hand history and double clicked with the left hand button on my mouse. My attachment seems to have gone through.

Yes, just send them some of the original hands you downloaded. They know of this issue, but they respond with a lot of predefined answers.

hey guys have a question, I import my ignition hands and convert them to be seen in HEM2 with all hole cards shown. ok so now is it possible to maybe see stats of the "player pool" of all known whole cards? For example the pool opens 25% in this position? thanks

So it is still super messed up.... I downloaded hands from ignition from a 4 hour session and when I took a look at the original file it only had 18 hands in it. Is there a way to redownload these hands? Or am I just boned?
