No, not really. It's been this way for over 6+ years now. Renewal is just 1/3rd of the purchase price.

I paid for the platinum license in 2014 for $80 and was using it fine for years until just a week ago. I don't recall purchasing a subscription.

Depending on the month you got it, you may have been given extra time on your license when we re-did the software from the bovada converter to the ignition hand converter. But when bovada closed and opened ignition, the converter was re-built and we had everyone upgrade to the new software w/ the subscription model. So if you haven't used it in awhile, this is probably why you didn't see it.

Hi, I'm using the card catcher for hm2 on bodog and my hand results are sometimes incorrect (e.g., if I go all in and win a pot without showdown it will count as a loss of whatever my stack was). What's the best thing to try to fix this? reinstall the catcher or hm2?

You're on the wrong support thread. But you need to update the latest catcher, you can check the correct 2+2 thread for the latest builds. And also make sure you're not leaving the table early before the hand ends.

Trying to figure out what's going wrong with the converter and hand2note. When I convert hands (using HM1/2 radio button clicked) the red line is essentially straight down in hand2note, however, same sample put into PT4 (without any conversion done) has red line about even, and the total money difference is quite a lot in winnings (PT4 is accurate). Anyone experience this problem and know how to fix it?

You're supposed to convert using the pt/h2n option if you're importing into H2n. The hm option won't work in h2n.

Got it, thanks. That's funny I think I asked a similar question before and the answer was: use hm1/2 radio button. So I assumed something new was the issue, but I guess this just changed.

Thanks, I'll give that try.

EDIT: Hmm, nope looks like that had the exact same problem. Weirdly it also thinks hero only plays in like 4/5 of the hands for some reason (I'm just importing one session to test, and it says 456 hands imported but only shows hero in 396 of them).

Okay, I got this to work finally. I had to uninstall and reinstall the converter. It looks like I was on an old version even though it said no updates were available. I didn't have a radiobutton that mentioned h2n, but when I reinstalled, there is one. So that must have been the issue.

Thanks.

No worries. There probably wasn't an auto update to that version. Glad you got it working now.

Hey hoping someone can help me out. Downloaded the trial so I could have hand histories that allow me to set up opponent aliases in HM3 (just importing Ignition files into HM3 doesn't work for that purpose).

Converting the hand histories was easy and fine, but when I import them into HM3, I get a not insignificant amount of errors saying "Invalid Pot Size". After looking through it seems to be mainly situations where it is folded to the BB.

I've searched through the thread but can't seem to find a fix or solid piece of advice on this. The version of the hand converter that I'm running is 1.0.66. Any advice on how to fix this? Or is it just something I have to live with? Thanks

That's super odd, because that's a really old issue. Can you send a few of those hands to support please? I can have someone take a look and address it. ty.

Just sent a couple of examples to support using the form on the site. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks for any help that you can provide!

Thanks man. Got the email this morning and got it working.

For anyone else facing the same problem, all I had to do was go into settings and change the database to PT4 instead of Holdem Manager. This allowed me to import all the hands in HM3 with no errors.

Ok, cool. Thanks for letting me know. I'm going to have one of the developers add a separate HM3 option.

Hey. Just started playing in bodog. I'm trying this out with PT4 trial version and working pretty good! I was wondering if the converted HH works for other database or will it only work for HM/PT and h2n?

It only works for the sites supported poker databases.
