Try changing the "randomize player ID" in the settings before converting the hands.

It's because you have all known hole cards exposed. You'd have to convert without all known hole cards exposed.

Hi, I have followed the video to set it up with PT4, but when I try to import I just get lots of duplicates? I don't know why it is trying to import so many hands because this should just be from the last few days.

Clear out your hands from your converted hand folder (where you import your hands into Pt4 from). Either move them, or delete them.

I'm still trying to find some hands that won't import after conversion. If you have some, send them to support. Any of the hands we've tried since this request, have worked.

Are there specific settings that you have found to work because I was informed by support:

"We're not compatible with H2n. The converter will work on PT/HM just fine. H2n doesn't want to address this issue. We've tried to contact them, they don't want to address it. "

No, we're just gatherings hands from anyone who wants to send that won't import so we can take a look at why. The ones I tried personally w/ PT settings imported just fine.

There is something i want to try.

Will this work? Convert the hand to hm2 or pt4 format then import it to drivehud.
Just curious if its possible, that way i can see all the hole cards.

Not sure what happened but I think my download locations have been mixed up or something. I haven't been playing lately and just started again.

The hands are not downloading from ignition to the C: ignition hand history number. I have two files with different player numbers and both are empty when I download from ignition.

I find the downloaded files in my this PC-documents-ignition hand history. I can open the text files.


I tried selecting the files and converting and it says all done and converts the files.

However there are no converted files to find. When I look into the folder it just has the original files but not the converted files.

So HM2 downloads the files it says done but they don't show up because they haven't been converted I'm assuming.

Can somebody help? Pokertracker says there are a lot of duplicates when i import hands.

For instance. Hand converter converts 1000 hands bubt poker tracker (3) will import 500 and the other 500 will be duplicates.

Any advice?

Downloaded hands by ignition have been moved to a new location since their last update.

They are now in:
C:\Users\(your system username)\Ignition Casino Poker\Hand History\XXXXXX <-(some random Player ID number)

You need to point your converter to this location, convert and then import as usual.

It's difficult to say what you're doing w/ o a log. My best suggestion is to clear our your converted hand folder as well as your download folder. There are likely some old files still sitting in one of those folders.

How do i get a log? I noticed last night that it seemed to only import one of four files and it was the only one where i won money. The other 3 i lost and it didn't import them.

Seems like a pokertracker issue not a converter issue but what do i know?

just found this thread. Anyone can explain why would you need some sort of converter for Ignition with PT4? I mean you can just import hands after downloading as is.

Better than a log in this case is send the original (unconverted) hands you think there was an issue and send those to support. I'm assuming these are S&G's. Send along w/ your PT4 version because there are changed they've made a few times, so it might just be a PT version issue, but it's best to get the hands also in case something is going on.

Make sure you're pointing the converter to he new ignition export directory. It's listed above and in the manual. I think that's still causing some confusion.

I am. It was working fine, then just stopped working. Next time I played it was working fine again. Having the converter allowed me to get the missing data.

I'm all honesty, they should be bundled and not separate licenses. Having one without the other seems pointless.

Either way, great product.

Quick Q.... Do these programs also work with HEM 3 beta?
