Downgraded to HM2 v8079, converted hands w v1.06 and all hands are imported with errors. Any help?

**Fresh HM2 install, no previous hands, hole cards are enabled in converter. I've re-installed HM2, your software, reset license etc. nothing works.

By the way, it imported fine with the latest version of HM2 yesterday. Just not when downgraded to 8079. The hands were converted again with hole cards enabled. Pretty frustrated at this point.

I just downloaded the first of my hands since 2019 started and am getting all file errors... most of the hands are from 500 zone. Are there any other reported issues?

I play $52.50 turbo double up 6max sngs. When I download the hand histories and review the sngs in pt4, the ICM suggestion software lists some of the sngs as regular $52.50 turbo sngs with prizes of $195, and $105. I am wondering if there is a way to fix this so all the sngs will be listed as double ups with $100, $100, and $100 prizes. Thanks

Nope. No known issues right now, and nothing has changed in their formatting recently.

I'd check the original hands first, make sure they are ok. Sometimes those get corrupted from Ignition/Bovada. Next, make sure you're up to date w/ your database. And finally make sure you're importing from the correct directory.

I'd need to see one of your original (unconverted hands) if there is some issue. I know a lot of people play double ups, so I'd be surprised, and not sure if it's just related to the ICM suggestion. Either way, it may be fixable, but would need to see an actual hand history (with the final prize assignment).

There was a bodog update today, and now when downloading hands I only got roughly 25% of the ones I played yesterday. In the client it looks like they're all downloaded, so not really sure what's up. Using version 1.0.59

So now there's no need to downgrade to the .8079 version anymore. I guess something changed again in HM2 to allow this once more.

I've had a strange issue for a while now. Whenever I convert say 5 files the converter will say they all processed but when I import to HEM it only "finds" 4 files to import. And its always just one file that gets lost in the process from the converter > HEM.

I went ahead and cleared my c:hand history folder as you suggested. I'll report back when I do my next conversion.
