im having this problem where ive downloaded the hands correctly but it does not convert. it was fine couple of days ago, yet since yesterday i've had this issue. i should have couple thousand hands but they're all missing. i'd appreciate your help

Your files didn't download. Check the Ignition hand directory. Make sure they are actually there. The converter is just a dummy converter. You point it to the files, it converts. The files listed there are probably old files, or they are corrupted files. But check your c:/ignition directory location and make sure the ones you requested exist.

Ok, thanks. Talking w/ development. PT changed several things in their latest build, so I don't know what was effected in total. We haven't had any other reports of issues to this point.

I'll let you know what they say tomorrow.

The developers discovered that cause of the issue w/ PT, so I'll have an update fix posted here soon.

Thanks for sharing. Not sure what to make of that. Let me know what they say. I guess a DC issue? Haven't had anyone else report this yet, but since their last update, there's been a few random strange things.

They told me to re-install the software, and that seems to have worked after they re-set the HH download. No problems on your end of things. Thanks.

If you have the card catcher, you don't need it, but it's a great study tool. Being able to see all of your opponents hole cards is really helpful with player pool analysis. And even though we don't want to be results oriented, it's good to confirm whether what you were seeing was in alignment with your decision. I highly recommend it personally as a poker player. It's a unique opportunity to really dive deep into the data of your opponents.

Oh I see, so I can just see all opponents hole cards? Even if say I folded River and they didn't show? If so that's pretty great and I'll definitely grab it. Should be super useful for building population ranges etc

something seems wrong with my software.

ICC found 7263 new hands, but PT4 only imported 5k.
Also it imports the duplicates first every time before importing the new hands.

Hard to say w/o seeing a log. There are some recent older versions of PT4 that have some pot size errors because they changed the read format. So you may just need to update your Pt4. As far as duplicates, just remove your older hands from the Ignition hand import folder that the converter sends your hands to, and/or setup an auto archive folder for PT4 to do this.

Right now i have three activation and i have a question about the reset page, in what sequence does it reset my serial keys activation slots? I mean, for example, i register it on PC1, PC2 and PC3 then when i reset my serial key once, which one gets reset? does it reset PC1 or PC3?

Keep running into this issue. hands aren't getting converted, just processed. this is a screenshot of me selecting a single file and trying to convert.

any ideas? nothing changed on my end, on PC.

Is your license still valid, not expired? That's the most likely cause.

If I don't have the original hands downloaded from Ignition, and only used card catcher to track my results, is there any way to convert the hands from the PT4 database? I'd love to import them into H2N
