Hey freakdaddy.

I finally bit the bullet and downgraded hem2 to be able to see known hole cards. I also checked "enable" known hole cards on the converter.

Now, all hands are importing into hem as duplicates. (It imports/deletes them all)

Is this a known error or am I missing something simple?

These are fresh hands, def not duplicates.

On the main interface of the converter, there's a place that says hero name. Which hero is the default. Just change that name.

My hand converter is finding the downloads from Ignition, but it is only converting files, not hands. This only started about a week ago. Any way to fix this?

Your converter is likely expired. You can email support w/ your email and they can check on this for you.

Today card catcher stopped working, not sure if this is a licence issue but both the "renew serial" and "reset licence" pages are not loading. thoughts?

It's because we moved servers. If you load it again now, you should be fine.

I used it yesterday or Friday with no issues. Today it asked me to register. I type in my serial key and I get an error. Restarted computer. Same problem.

^Same issue for me too. Unable to use converter, it just asks me to register. Key in serial and get an error about communicating with server.

I'm having the same issue of the EV line being the same results line. Is there a way I can still view the hole cards when I replay hands, and have the EV line be correct? Thank you

Again, it's because we moved servers for security purposes. IP's can take up to 72 hours to update records. At 11:00pm PST today of this post, it will be 72 hours. 90%+ of DNS records are updated in 1-2 hours. If you're getting this message, and you want to use the software now, you can edit these records on your local system to get it to work you can contact support and they can e-mail you instructions (I don't want to post here to avoid any brute force attacks).

Hi I just got the hand converter on a new computer and converted hands from the last few days and in PT4 the hole cards of all players no longer show. I realized that I didn't have the enable known hole cards option checked in the converter settings. I'm assuming that's the issue? Is there a way to re download those hands so I can see the villains hole cards?

When i was having trouble with drivehud a week ago, missed a few hands. I'm thinking of getting this again if this method below works.

Convert downloaded hands from ignition to be HM2 compatible then export data from HM2 to DriveHUD

Will this work?

Will the converter and HEM 2/3 ever play nicely again? I don't want to revert back to an older version of HEM 2 to see the hole cards.

Does PT4 have the same issues with hole cards?

I can't say if HM3 will allow for known hole cards. You can e-mail them and request that they re-add it.

PT4 has no issues w/ known hole cards. The only reason Hm2 does it because they decided to remove this - not sure why.
