What is the process I should be following to manually import Bovada hands?
HM2 doesn't support the importing of Ignition hands. That's the point of the converter. You download Ignition's hands, convert them using the converter, and then import them. If you open the converter, there's a good step by step video that walks you through how to use it w/ HM2.

Thanks, FreakDaddy...finally got everything figured out. As usual, the problem was a user error. All set now. :-)

Hi, Downloading each session separately isn't working either.

Contact Ignition and let them know. There's not anything we can do on our end if the downloads aren't happening. Let me know what they say.

Hello, I recently got back to playing on Ignition. I was wondering if they changed showing all mucked cards in the hand histories? I used to be able to view everyone's cards afterwards after I downloaded and imported them.

Nope. Nothing has changed. You're still able to do that.

Do you know of any reason why this might be the case for me?

No, not w/o seeing a log. You can send your log to support and they can help. But w/o more detailed info, there's way too many variables.

So I got it working; I was wondering if having mucked cards shown mess with the All-In EV curve?

Edit: to elaborate, my all-in EV curve is the same as my net winnings curve.

I have a problem where I click download all but it looks like only 1 session has downloaded. However when i go check, convert, and import, all the hands seem to be there.

No, this won't work if you can see all known hole cards.

Just download each session one a time then. Sometimes the download all seems to be glitchy on ignitions side.

Hi I recently downloaded HH Converter because my Card Catcher wasn't working for a session and I wanted to capture that session and manually enter those hands in. The converter works fine but it creates a separate player. So now I have Hero (Ipoker) and Hero (PokerStars). Combining the two into 1 alias does not work. Wondering if there is a way to convert the hands and enter them as Hero (IPoker)?

Combining the alias should work just fine. What issue are you having?

It doesn't recognize the duplicate hands as duplicates. So it counts those twice. Wondering if there is a way to enter them as IPoker rather than PokerStars, then it would ignore the duplicates. Rather than go through and manually remove duplicates.

Not sure what's wrong, I isolated this hand and imported it individually and the "Line #10363" refers to the very last line, "Seat 6...". I changed the total pot on line 41 to '346.09' but still comes out with the same error. Thank you for the help.

I thought you were just importing the hands from the session you missed. Yes, in that case it will import them twice.

No, there's no way to convert them as ipoker for both.

I'd need to see the original hand from ignition. I've really not seen any errors in a very long time though. But if you send it to support we can take a look and see what's going on.

This issue is fixed now. It was a specific issue w/ zone side pot hands.
