CONVERTER Ignition/Bodog Hand History Converter Software - Page 118 - Poker Software -- Two Plus Two Poker Forums

Hey, since about 5 days ago I have had trouble downloading/converting hands. I go through my normal process of downloading hands from Bodog, then trying to convert using the converter. I keep getting the # of hands found as 271 and when I try and import into HM2 it shows no hands. No folders etc have changed so I'm not sure what's up.

Don't know, but renewal has been active for about 4 years now. You can contact support and have them check your license status.

Version 2.0.0.8079 and known hole cards are on.

Download your next batch of hands. Verify they are there in the Bodog directory, then convert and import.

It's entirely possible that some hands are missing and corrupted lately. I have had a couple of people say that hands weren't even being downloaded lately when requested. So just verify that as a basic step. The hand converter, and the hands from Ignition, Bodog, haven't changed.

No reports of this. The hand converter works 100%. The hands from Bodog/Ignition have not changed. We have had reports of people not getting hand history files even though they've requested them. So check and make sure you actually have the hands. If you have an actual error, or will show in the hand converter log. I haven't seen an actual error in maybe 1.5 years.

They typically do this pretty quickly if you e-mail their support and just let them know you downloaded, didn't get hands, and need to have them reset so you can re-download.

Also, have you always been on bodog, and not bovada or Ignition? Just to make sure your hand converter is set to the correct directories and not a previous skin.

It doesn't sound like it's completely writing to your system and it's holding some of the data in the sandbox. Can you run it w/o that and then download your hands to your system? It definitely has to be the cause if you're seeing them, but can't access them.

Yeah, I just saw Brian write to you... again. You were responded to 3x... if you ever purchase a serial online, and don't see it, always check your junk/spam folder. Serials were re-sent. The auto responder you're e-mailing, sends you a form to recover your serial. And after purchase, you're sent to a screen w/ your serials. So there's multiple ways to get your serial.

All we can do is respond to you, which we have done multiple times. Please double check your junk/spam folders.

First you need to update. And second, I'd just go over and double check your whole process. Make sure the hands you actually have from Ignition/Bodog are valid too. They've sent some corrupted hands post update in some cases.

Have been playing on ignition with no issues converting hands. Switched to bovada as ignition wouldn't load and could no longer import hands. I asked the following question but was wondering in slightly more detail what I am suppose to do to import bovada hands with my ignition converter.

I assume I am suppose to convert "bovadahandhistory" file into the ignition hand converter? When I do that it doesn't import the hands.
