Sometimes they've written back in hours; other times I had to send several emails over the course of 2 wks to get a reply. Doesn't look like they're checking this thread or replying here.

On the chance they do though (I'll email them a link to this thread just in case), a note about the Everest Idleminer product:

An absolutely essential feature, I think, is to make it bring the lobby into focus every 20 mins or so, because the Everest client, if it is inactive for too long, just closes after 20-30 minutes. This completely prevents effective datamining. I've never been able to get more than 200-300 hands or so before the Everest client shuts down. I think that all that needs to be done is for the Idleminer program to bring the Ev lobby into focus...or perhaps it has to actually highlight a table in the lobby or something. Regardless, it's a really easy fix and will improve the datamining cabaility by light-years.

Is the OnGame grabber working? Havent used it with P5 before but after OGHG updates I still cant seem to get it working on RedKings or Tower.

last Ongame update broke it but Iddleminer suport said they are already working on it...

Well, I don't dare to try it as datamining seems to violate their terms now and they apparently intend to enforce their terms from now on.

Me and my buddy who play on bodog are both having trouble with the software right now. Anyone else on bodog who uses the Bodog hand grabber by idleminer having trouble? Were clicking on the program and its not loading or showing up. We've rebooted several times, and we've never had problems before in the past. I think it might be a problem with their server or something. Anyone else?

Simply stops opening, i double click, wont open

I open file location, click, nothing

Iv had this problem in the past and after clicking and clicking it all of a sudden opens.

Then it prevents me from ever shutting my computer down as i can't stand having the problem arise again

bumping this because it just happened again. Does anyone have any clue why this program just wouldn't open?

If I right click and hit 'run as admin' it doesn't do anything. I reinstalled it and it's still acting the same. Also restarted my computer about 5 times.
