Frankly, I don't think you have anything to fear. I have not heard of anybody yet using the IdleMiner or HandGrabber and then being punished by FTP for it. Personally, I use the Handgrabber already for a while.

I just downloaded the free trial of bodog hand grabber, and 4-tabled 25NL for an hour. It only grabbed 140 hands, which is less than half that the actual hands played. Is this a known issue with multi-tabling? Or something to do with the fact that it is a free trial?

I'm afraid it's just some fundamental error on the software, in which case i'm not buying it...

I use the Bodog HG for multi-tabling as well (next to the FTP and Ongame ones). It works flawlessly so far. But I do remember that I had a problem with the OGHG which might be related. I reinstalled it a while ago and forgot to re-register it (so I was basically in trial mode). Often enough the grabber would just end itself randomly after a while so I had to restart it. These problems disappeared when I registered it again. But you might want to contact IdleMiner about it. They usually get in touch with you within a day.

I used to use the ipoker handgrabber and it normaly worked ok. Now I'm tying to use the bodog hand gabber, But both the bodog and ipoker gabber are very unrilable. They often will not open, and can close after a few mins. Acess to the site is also very unrilable. This leads me to think the problems are with contacting the a licencing server. The web host must be very poor.

Hm, yeah, I sometimes encounter that not opening bit as well (despite the fact that all the progs are registered). It's odd as I sometimes have to try to open a few times them before it succeeds. It's a minor problem but still odd.

Fixed limit idlemined hands on ongame are showing up as 1/2 when it's a 2/4 table. 1.5/3 at 3/6 etc when imported into holdemmanager. I'm getting "LIMIT TEXAS_HOLDEM $1.00/$2.00" show in the text hand history so definitely a problem on idleminers end.

I have just tested out handgrabber for Full Tilt and it actually works brilliantly. Does anyone know how safe it is to use it? Does anyone use it at the time or used it for a while now?

I've been using Bodog Hand Grabber 1.13 for about 2-3 months with no problem. It's been a little finnicky sometimes and I open it and it just sits there not collecting any hands. Usually if I close it and re-open it a few times it will eventually start collecting hands. However I can't get it to work at all anymore. The bodog software hasn't been updated and I have the most recent version of the hand grabber so I have no idea what's going on.

I'm using Windows 7 and have AVG antivirus, but I've had these the entire time I've used it (~20k hands) and it's worked perfectly. Has anyone had this happen to them or know what may be causing it?

Over the past few weeks I have been having problems with an SNGs not importing every now and then.

Seems pretty random. I have to leave the table and then reopen to get it going again.

But it does not happen very often.
