Hi, this issue is our top priority but up until now we weren't able to reproduce it consistently, the bug seems to be affecting only a few of calculations and users.
If you're able to reproduce it consistently this could help us pinpoint the problem and fix it once and for all. Please send an email to our support at
support@icmizer.com with exact details of how we can reproduce the issue.
Also, it would be great if you attach a video demonstrating how it happens for you in 50% of cases, that too can be very helpful.
I am really worried about this bug so I'd appreciate the help.
