Hi, recently i've started using Pokerstars option to convert chips to bb's and i find it pretty hard because i'm very used to the chips amount when i'm analyzing in ICMizer (long time user). Do you think you could add in the future a similar function, to convert all stacks in bb's? Ty

This is very unlikely to be added.

As an option, you can create blinds 5/10 and enter BB*10 stacks to make it easier if you need to use BB stack interpretations.

I'm trying to build a rejam range from BB vs SB in icm spots. To do so, we need to calculate (or estimate) the EV of flat calling from BB vs SB open. In HRC I can add this option of flat calling easily, but I can't figure out how to do so in icmizer. This skews the results too much cause SB can now open very loosely knowing that BB can only jam or fold. Any help? Thanks!

When you want to review a situation with non all-in raise in ICMIZER, the game will be limited to a binary tree sub poker game where the first player raises and others either push or fold. If BB decides to call he will be in position vs SB and we will enter postflop where we cannot really predict how equities change hands in a preflop calculator like ICMIZER. You probably need a postflop calculator to properly build good ranges which incorporate complex trees including postflop action. A simplistic approximation of the flat call (which is possible with a preflop calculator) will only add more noise than signal to the actual ranges, that's why we currently don't have it in ICMIZER.

When building hands, is there a way to rotate everyone's chip stack over one position? For example, if I'm analyzing a hand where Hero is BTN, then want to look at the very next hands with similar stack sizes where I'm CO, is there a way to easily do this without retyping all stack sizes manually?

There is no option to show players usernames in the ICMIZER calculator, but if you are ICMIZER 3 PRO subscriber, you can see them in the Replayer. Click on the Replay button:

Hey,
I'm just running the trial version, mainly to try the SNG coach function. More often than not, whenever I hit ICMIZE to take a closer look at the ranges etc, the program just gets stuck "loading" and when I click cancel, I can't edit anything.
I'm running windows 10 on a fairly powerful PC (i7 7820x, 16gb ram, m2 SSD).

Is there anything I can do about this?

We are sorry to hear that you have an issue with a loading screen.

Please, in these cases try canceling failed calculation, reset locks by clicking the "Reset locks" button, and try ICMIZE from SNG Coach again.

Hey Top Pig, as far as I know, we didn't change anything that should've affected the performance. Can you please send an email regarding this to support@icmizer.com and provide examples of situations that seem to be running slow (screenshots or saved links)? We'd be glad to look deeper into this, but this is the first time I hear about this problem.

Thanks it works, but still requires a lot of "unnecessary" clicking and waiting. Will it get fixed in a future release? It happens in about 40-50% of hands, making it kinda impossible to get in a real workflow.

I subscribed anyway because the SNG Coach is just so good. Would be awesome if there was/is a solution.

Hi, this issue is our top priority but up until now we weren't able to reproduce it consistently, the bug seems to be affecting only a few of calculations and users.
If you're able to reproduce it consistently this could help us pinpoint the problem and fix it once and for all. Please send an email to our support at support@icmizer.com with exact details of how we can reproduce the issue.
Also, it would be great if you attach a video demonstrating how it happens for you in 50% of cases, that too can be very helpful.
I am really worried about this bug so I'd appreciate the help.

Is there a way to save exact Ranges with % (so Q9s 45% for example) somewhere else then in this small „saved ranges“ window where you can‘t even see the full name of the range?
I have a lot of that ranges and it would be really nice to put them in a good sorted folder somewhere else.

ICMIZER allows you to save & name ranges with weighted hands.
You also should be able to see the full name of the range if the name is relatively short. If not, please send us a screenshot at support@icmizer.com and we will have a look. This is an advanced feature meaning it is not used by many users so we are pretty happy with it as is at this point. It may be changed in the future although currently we're focused on other areas of improvement.

Is there an ETA on when you are going to add Stars' new 5max 70/30 turbo and hyper structures?
