Yes i have watched the tutorials. I am just not sure how to get my hand histories. I know where to go to hit the upload hands. Simply put, I play a tournament or sit and go, how do I save those hand histories so I can then upload them?

Hi.
It really depends on the poker room where you play.
Most have some kind of setting to save hand histories as a file which can be found in the client, along with 4 colored decks etc.
If you cannot find it, please contact your poker room support regarding saving hand histories, they should be able to assist you with that.

The latest update is giving me really weird results. I run a Nash calculation and get extremely weird ranges.

isnt it possible to do the sngcoach quiz with 120 questions any spots for 1500mtt as often as I wish?
or how do I start it again, when I try it is 120/120 and I cant see a restart button


edit: i found out its capped at 120 a day, and bought the 5k questions add on for 10 bucks, squeezing out the $s from customers huh

Another thing which is bugging me is not being able to click and highlight the range shown in the image. You were able to in previous version but can't anymore. I'm aware there is a copy button but could you please allow us to click and highlight that text again?

I am just not sure how to get such a result though, because I just tried the same situation, and it worked fine.
Is there some specific action, after which it produces such a result?

We've been able to locate this hard to catch the bug and it should be fixed now.
It was affecting some situations after loading a single hand.
It didn't depend on the update, in fact, it was there for some time, thanks for sending the bug report.

Another bug is shown here. I'm hero in SB but want to adjust villain in the lo-jacks range:



I've circled his range, being roughly 15% but when I click his range to adjust it, the entire ranger is selected.

Could you please forward the hand history which you are using and the exact steps which lead to this error to support@icmpoker.com?
We will deploy an update which *could* fix that, but in order to fix it for sure, we first need to reproduce it on our end.

If I load up a straight hand history, the problem won't occur. It happens with every hand history. The problem occurs once I select villain as hero, alter the ranges, re-select myself as hero and then click on villain's ranges.

Are you able to provide a download link for the previous version of ICMIZER? This current version is too buggy right now.

I guess you are doing something tricky here so could you please send me a short video demonstrating how you reach this to support@icmpoker.com (you can shoot it on smartphone real quick) and we will fix it tomorrow.

Regarding the old version, no currently it's not available.
We've got thousands of users and over last week after the update, we've received 3 different bug reports, including yours.

We are focused on bringing ICMIZER 3 asap but keeping this version bug free is a top priority, so please follow up via email since this bug appears to be the most serious.
If there are more, please let me know ASAP, our internal tests do not show any visible problems at this point.

Deployed a minor ICMIZER 2.15.6 update
● Fixed problem with range sometimes showing all hands incorrectly (Harambee issue)
● Brought back the hand range text tooltip in SNG Coach
● M and BB setting is now correctly handled by SNG Coach

So, I pasted a hand in ICMizer, set up the payout structure and look at the bubble factors

it seems that BTN's factor against Hero is 1
But if I open bubble factors table, this number is quite different : 1.31


So, why do not these numbers match?

You need to look at the CO column, not the CO row.

I'm quite sure that icmizer was always counting the pod odds based on effective stack when facing an all-in, but now he doesn't, so I'm not sure if it's just a mistake after latest update so I'm letting you know! Would be more useful if its counting it based on effective stack
