We will be adding most popular and most requested tournaments in the upcoming updates.

The chip EV (no ICM) will be added in the next major update since so far its the most requested feature.

In a 180 man and 90 man sng both regular speed there's no way of having 5 or 6 stacks with 3 bb. Yes, could happen but not a common spot in tons of sng and people want to practice their mistakes, not almost impossible situations and there's lots of them because there's a lot of stacks with 1,2,3 bb. If this is a coaching tool too I don't think the regular speed sports are realistic. If I had to send you the hands that I think that the spot is very unlickly too happen I would have to send you almost all cause the tool is calcuting very small stacks in regular speed spots.
I like the tool but I disagree with the spots.

Hi. ICMIZER is using Silverlight underlying technology and it works only on PC or Mac computers. We would need to create an entirely new tool for it to run on mobile devices. This may happen, but not very soon.

Hi. Some players are using ICMIZER for CAP game analysis, but we do not support import of cash game hand histories yet. So you would need to manually create situations for review in ICMIZER.

You can try how it feels for you in the free version. Our main focus is tournament poker, but the calculator can calculate cash game spots too of course.

I think this has been mentioned earlier about SNG COACH frequently producing scenarios that are unrealistic.

For example, in an 18 man turbo SNG with 3 players remaining the most likely blind levels are 200/400, 300/600 or 400/800 with EFFECTIVE stacks of between 20 & 5.

The problem with coach is that if I select for example '3 way push big stack quiz' I'm given a big stack but the villains frequently (like over 90% of the time it seems) have a micro stack at the 800/1600 or even 1000/2000 levels. To get to these levels 3 handed is rare!!

Would a possible solution be to have a blind level filter (and/or effective stack rather than just hero stack) when selecting the quiz type.

At present I'm finding the coach ok but it's throwing up far too many rare spots that I predict it will become frustrating without a fix.

I'm reviewing a hand and the 'Hand EV Chart' is showing different result than the fgs calculation

For example if I set my opponent's range at 40% and calculate FGS it's a +0.29% push, but if I look at the hand EV chart my hand only generates positive EV if opponent's range is 47% or wider.

Went trough the last few pages ctrl-f'ing chart but I couldn't find anything. In icmizer 1 you could just click on chart and a player to get a chart plotting ev vs his range, how do I do that in the new icmizer? As of right now I can't even get a single chart on, where a week ago there was a "chart" tab. Might have changed some settings since then but don't know what I did..

Nothing was changed in the way Charts work in ICMIZER 2 compared to 1.
Just click the [Charts] button. Make sure that the FGS is unchecked, because currently (same as ICMIZER 1) Charts don't support FGS calculations.

i saw taht Icmizer can't calculate 3bet or r/c spots by Nash equilibrium (except for BvB) , which i can do in holdem resources calculator (also limp, flat etc scenarios according to Nash)
Are there calculations wrong so you didn't implement them because it would be hard to get good results or you just didn't want that functionality in your software?

Hi. Currently ICMIZER 2 doesn't support Nash equilibrium calculations for spots with non all-in VPIP actions except for SB vs BB resteals.
That's just the way it is, there are different features in ICMIZER and HRC, something is possible in ICMIZER and not possible in HRC and vice versa.
We may add support for these calculations in the future, but we didn't make any public announcements about our release plans regarding this.

Hi. I am sorry to say but sometimes FastSpring store is not accepting cards which appear perfectly normal. We can't do much about it, what I can recommend is trying again, because sometimes the same card starts to work after a couple of days for no apparent reason.
We are aware of this problem and plan to add more payment options, but it will take a few months for us to do this.

I am unable to load hands/tournament, also unable to change the blinds level today. Previously it was working well. Now when i click the load hands/tournament and change blinds button the icmizer and my browser cannot response.

I'm having the same issue with various software and fastspring, but eventually all went trough trying enough times (Visa Classic, I was trying Skrill/Neteller MCs too with no luck).
My experiences are if it works, it will accept the card on the first try, when declined its no point forcing it or even getting back to it on the given day, so its definitely not random.

Also its purely out of thin air speculation but when succeeded it was always the morning hours for me iirc (CET timezone).
