Hi.
First,
an observation:

This happened to me at first, too. It was because I wasn't logged in, which meant that I couldn't click anything. I ignored the link given in the email once you purchase a subscription, and instead put the code straight into the software, which solved this problem.
@Q: Thanks for your reply to my question the other day. Since then I've purchased a 12 month subscription and am happy so far.
I have 2 questions:
1 I notice it's possible to run ICMIZER while my poker client is running, which would allow one to use it during play to guide decisions. (I realise that this would be difficult as you'd have to manually enter all the hand info, but still, it's possible). I think (though I'm not certain) that doing this would contravene the TOS of most sites. Have you ever thought about blocking ICMIZER-use when a poker client is running? Pokertracker 4's ICM calculator, though vastly inferior imo to ICMIZER, says "ICM features are disabled due to possible site TOS violation. Please close all poker sites and try again" if you try and run it while you're logged in to a poker client. Would you be willing to implement such a feature into ICMIZER, to stop shady players from getting an advantage?
2 In this hand
http://www.pokericmcalculator.com/icmizer/#Cenb, some players are limited to push/fold decisions, but the SB and BB almost certainly will not either push or fold, as they aren't sufficeintly short-stacked to make this their only play. If one them does raise PF, it probably won't be all in. Bearing this in mind, what pushing range should I enter for the SB in the above hand? Perhaps just AA? The above hand is just one of many examples where 1 or more players isn't short-stacked enough to just be pushing/folding - how can I deal with these less black and white spots?
Thanks for your time.
P.S. Your English is very good. You probably know this. But... I speak a foreign language myself and am glad to be corrected, as it helps me improve, so I hope this helps... I've watched some of your youtube videos and sometimes you miss out the word "the" before nouns. E.g. in a recent post you said

"Well new ICM calculator is ready at last, can be found here"
- it should say "
the new calculator...". Maybe this was just a typo. Anyway no offence intended, I hope this helps.
