You should check "reset regret" when running the first time after making any manual node locks or other changes to the tree.

CI=10 is alright as a starting point. Most users work in the CI = 5 - 10 range for day-to-day calculations, and lower if you are creating reference solutions for charts etc.

Thanks!!! i understand now, last question reset strategies for this simple push or fold scenarios should be checked? i think i notice some "clearer" EVs when checked but not sure

You can use "Reset Strategies" after like 50%-75% of the calculation time, it helps to clear out some low % noise in the strategies. Doesn't really matter a lot in terms of results overall.
