Thanks for previous help.

Can I use my own HUD when I play HH via HEM? Current it shows up the default HUD.

Are there any links to setup customized pop up for eash street (like pre flop, flop, turn or so on?

If you have different Hud configurations you need to configure for each of them under "Use for" where it should be used. If you don't need the default hud best is to connect it to a site you are not playing.

Is there a way to filter full ring cash games other than editing filter to >6 players so I can see results in full ring regardless of how many total players are on the table?

HM doesn't differentiate between the table types. It just uses the number of players at the table.

Please send your Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com

If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

I cant open HM today cause error conecting to the servers.
I have reset my keys , just in case with no luck
I sent reg,log to support@holdemmanager.com
PC2 license works

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your updated Reg.log file from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder to support@holdemmanager.com

Sorry for the up-tick in registration issues recently. We have found the cause of the problems and removed it from the registration server, so things should go back to normal now.

How do I stop the hud from popping up and stealing focus?

At the moment when ever I hover my curser over my hud stats not only do more stats pop up but it also steals focus on the table bringing it to the front of the screen which is making cascading impossible.

Try to disable the hover-over popup feature:

hud options > tables preferences > [X] click for popup

A final decision has not been made on the price to upgrade to HM2 - however recent purchasers of Holdem Manager will receive a discount off of the standard upgrade price. Anyone who has purchased Holdem Manager on or after May 1 will receive a free upgrade to HM2.

I'm nearing the end of my HEM trial and am going to purchase
1) Should I wait until this is launced or will I get upgrade
2) on a seperate note, do I need to purchase before my trial runs out to keep all the hands data I've collected so far?

All users who bought a HM1 license after 1st of May will receive a free upgrade.

You will not loose your data when the trial is over.

Trying to set up my HUD on bodog...as usual, always have problems adjusting the HUD to stay at the same seat at all the tables open. I've tried setting my seat to 1-9 and while that makes it so the players HUD moves uniformly throughout the open tables, there will be a few that are mixed up and for the wrong player, where at the same seat at another table it will be correct. What to do?
