This is not possible to do. The HUD will only read data from the active database.

It is not possible to do, AFAIK. If it is possible it would have to be done via PostgreSQL commands.

The easiest way to remove all HUD notes would be just create a new database and import your archived hands.

DB is 2 million and my hard disk laptop is pretty slow. not looking forward to this option.

any postgres experts wanna give me a hand?

Edit: dont wanna remove notes only the color

Only removes NC red. I wanted to start over from scratch with a totally new color code system.

So not a NC issue more of a HEM issue

I will do some research (think it may have been posted on our forums previously) or ask the other tech guys. If we can't figure it out I can ask one of the dev's when they have time.

Go to start -> Program Files -> Postgres 8.4 open PG Admin 3

double click PostgresSQL 8.4 (localhost:5432) It should ask you for your postgres password which is often postgrespass or dbpass

Click Databases and select the database you wanna run this on.

At the top there is a button that has a paper/pencil and says SQL on it. select that to run a SQL query on the database.

Delete the code thats pre written in the editor and write:
[PHP]UPDATE hemplayernotes SET icon_id=-1
[/PHP]
And click the green play button. It should say "Query returned successfully: 5 rows affected" where 5 would be the number of notes you have.


relaunch the hud and it should be back to the star with the note icon.

If you need more help with this you can PM me and i can write it up with images if needed.

I do indeed work for HEM. updating that many notes by hand could have been slightly annoying

just format my computer

when playing on stars, what do i have to do in order to have the hud placed correctly to the players on each table?

Seems like on only one table the huds are placed correcty, on the other ones they are placed to wrong players.

If i move a hud on one table it moves on every other table as well =(

I play in Merge..RPM skin...and I can't play Six max. My HUD does not transfer to six max. I don't know why. If I'm playing 6 handed or less on a FR table it's fine. Anybody knoww hat the deal is?

One possibility:

HUD Options --> Player Preferences -- > (Choose Configuration), Use For --> make sure 6-Max is check-boxed.

This is really getting into me. i used to use HEM back in the days when i played regularly.

ok, now i began playing again on PS, and the hands were imported succesfully to their folder, UNTIL I INSTALLED HEM. Now the ps handhistory is empty and i dont know what to do in order to get them there to import them to HEM, because if there's no handhistory there's no hud, there's no reports, etc etc. Anyone with this problem? i really need help lol.

Hello Fozzy,

I can't figure out a way to have the same results in the report tab and graph tab.

I play on iPoker, in $/eur and £.

I have latest update, W7, have tried the "get current rates" and fix previous hands buttons, with no success. (fixing hands always shows this resulut : "100 hands processed, 0 fixed")

Set your preferred seat in Stars.

Go into holdemmanager - hud options - seating preferences, set your seat in stars to the corresponding seat.

Open up one table. Get the positions set. Once they're set right, click save positions in the table manager that comes up when you click auto import.

Open up another table, are the seats correct?

If not, export your hud.

Open c:\rvg software\holdem manager\config and delete prefs, posprefs (all of them) and any prefs backups - any file that says prefs in it.

Restart HM.

Set your preferred seat again. Adjust the hud. Open the second table. Does it work?

What do you mean it doesn't transfer? Does any hud show up, or just the default for 6max?

Open up hud options - player preferences.

Choose the HUD you want to use.

Click the Use For tab.

Choose Merge in the dropdown box.

Check 6max in cash games in the checkbox area above the site dropdown menu.

Choose the hh files in c:\hm archive that are wrong. Zip them. e-mail to support@holdemmanager.com with a link to your original post explaining the issue.

Once the hands were imported via HM, it moves them to c:\hm archive. Do you have players showing - look in the sidebar, where it says Players - is there a (x) x= # in it?

You can auto import from the hm archive folder if they weren't imported.

Reports shows $, add euro and pound in the stats, refresh the report. Those #s should match up to the euro and pound in the graph.

edit : also, in the report tab, "by stakes" and "by number of players" (and i guess others aswell) show different results (speaking of total win$).

I assume some report gives the accurate win$ (converting £ and eur at current rate), but wich one ???

You need to add the new columns $(USD), €(EUR) and GBP to your reports. They should contain the correct winnings per currency

Hey guys,

My HEM is working fine since I updated it(yesterday) but now I noticed a problem. I can't seem to get the hand replayer working, if I for example go into marked hands and try to doubleclick/right click-replay hand nothing happens, really, nothing. No error no anything. Any ideas?

Make sure your HM says 1.11.07a

.07 had problems with the replayer. If you installed HM originally to a custom path the update installer can't find it automatically. You have to manually Browse to the proper path for the update to .07a to work properly.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).
