Hi, have some rush poker hud issues.

I am using HEM Professional 1.11.04 on an XP computer.

Basically, I want to 4 table rush with a hud. The first two tables work fine. All stats load up and they are in the right place. For the last two tables the stats mostly come up but they are always in the wrong place. e.g. stats for player 3 are where player 5 stats usually are.

any tips or quick fixes???

Make sure the hud options > site options.. > full tilt > [ ] use ocr to read text, is off.

Yeah thats what I mean, is that why the HU and 6max filters for the "Use for" hud player settings will not work, no matter what?

Yes, unfortunately. The only thing you will be able to do is manually change the HUD at each table. Sorry, I should have given these steps in the previous reply.

Right-Click the table name in the table manager and you should be able to pick an alternate HUD layout from the drop-down menu.

ok - still trying to get postgres working. actually have a new laptop and downloaded from the site - install script tried to install both hem and postgres but said postgres couldnt be installed - any ideas as to why?

Some w7 machines are a PITA.

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Turn the UAC security slider all the way down

restart your computer

1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
2) Use our combo installer to reinstall PostgreSQL. Make sure you un-check Holdem Manager during installation. http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/Hol...ager_Setup.exe

If that installer fails to install PostgreSQL, please reinstall PostgreSQL using the following instructions:
A) Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt > Right-Click > Run As Administrator

B) Reboot.
C) Try installing this version of PostgreSQL - http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/Pos...3.9-v1.0.7.exe


If that installer fails to install PostgreSQL, please reinstall PostgreSQL using the following instructions:

Hey Fozzy, it seems beta 13 fixed most of the problems I was having in rush.

Now my 2 issues in rush are;

(1) My own HUD stats won't display, I checked player prefs -> appearence, and the box is not checked that says "disable hero in hud," and also all the player stats have the box marked "display for you."

(2) Not sure if this is just in rush cash games, but the BB stat shows 0 for everyone. Seems to have stopped working.

1 - No Hero HUD on Rush tables

2 - It takes the BB count from the previous hand history, which there are none of in Rush, so that feature also doesnt work.

Is there any way to remove certain stakes from the filters window in the Reports section? It takes me forever looking for certain ones as there is too many listed!

I want to create my own custom report for heads up stats, but I can't seem to find VPIP_BB and VPIP_SB in the stat selection screen. Anyway to get them?

why is not table scanner scaning shallow stack tables on FTP?

No, once it has imported hands from the stake the option is there, and there is no way to remove/hide them.

They would need to be added as custom stats. I am not sure if they exist already, but this would be the place to search/ask - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/custom-reports/

Are you using beta 13? This is the first I have heard of this, but that doesnt mean anything really.

My HUD has stopped displaying stats on HU tables despite showing stats playing HU on a 6max table. It is showing the box where the numbers should appear but the numbers all stay as -'s.

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

Ive never had a problem with HEM or the hud prior to this. I was adding a hud config for 6m when all of a sudden it just crashed. Now whenever I try to start auto import it says the hud isnt working. Whats the best way to fix this problem? HEM forums are not very helpful (no responses).

You likely have to rebuild/delete your hud prefs file.

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default. If you have any custom HUD's export them first and/or copy the \config folder to back them up.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml. If you want to reset your HUD panel positions also, delete: pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt.
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Ok i found \program files (x86)\rvg software... holdem manager>config .... then i have two folder options. auto rate and preflop ranges.

Do I delete both, neither?

Neither, you delete the files I mentioned previously.

Is there any ETA for more filters in the tourneys --> reports section of HEM to allow stats to be filtered by game type and buying. ie filtering my stats for just 1 particaluar type and level of SNG. And will this be added to the HUD to allow stats from only particular types of games or buying like this to be showed.
