I just purchased an upgrade from Small Stakes to Pro (Holdem), and I have my serial code. Where do I type in my serial code so I can have the Pro version?

Hi fozy got a few questions for you, I just downloaded HEM trial and Imported some ipoker hands...

1) Wheres the $/hour tab in the reports, looks like I couldn't add it since I pressed on the + button and I still can't find it there...

2) Can I use my Pokertracker database ? if so how ?

3) When I click on players then check all games and filters, press run report nothing shows up ???

1) Help > Reset License.
2) Close HM, restart HM, click Register, and finish the registration process.

You cant see $/hr in reports. You can see it on the sessions tab.

That tab is for running filtered searches on your entire DB according to the filters/criteria and report selected on the left side-bar. The default report is for players from this month with 1k+ hands. Broaden the search filters.

While trying to solve my previous problem, I uninstalled HEM, and now Im going crazy, as Ive spent the last 5 hrs trying to get HEM to work. Im stuck at the part where you open up HEM and it asks to connect, and it says unable to start service. I also cant install the postGIS.

Can you give me a tip on how to complete rid HEM from my computer(I still have both my serial codes), so that I can start fresh. Instead of having to constantly see you already have a database in the error messages, or you gotta save postGIS in the same folder as postSQERL.

Is there a filter b/w Omaha and Holdem hands? I think my HUD is showing them both.

ok, this worked the first time that i did this to 'fix' my tourney records. After the 12 games i played this evening i did another request to retrieve my last 12 tournaments plays, i pasted into a new .txt file just like previously, except i have 5 or so tournaments that REFUSE to update in HEM, im staring right at their info i have matched them in the database by start times, but they just will not update, the other 7 are showing correctly but these 5 are still showing incorrect field size/finiish position/cash amount

Buggy hand replayer, when you let one guy bet then change focus to a new window (Like internet) then go back, the best vanishes and the chips he just bet vanish!

Annoying but not a huge deal, just odd.

Try it, replay a hand let one guy bet. Change focus to new window, go back to replayer... that guys bet has vanished.

Why can't there be a way to reset stats during a match? Like, deep in a HU match, you feel villain is changing gears, just click a button to start fresh?

Also, would be sick for SNG's / MTT's if you could somehow have customized/separate stats for specific blind level - in general, early-game, mid, and late-game stats. Obv these would only be useful with very large samples.

Turn off Windows Firewall for installing HM and PostgreSQL. Once you get those installed you can add exceptions to the firewall. If you have a 3rd party firewall, uninstall it completely before installing HM/SQL - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm...aspx?faqid=171

For reinstalling SQL to a new/empty DB, please follow these steps:

1) Uninstall PostgreSQL from the Windows Control Panel.
2) manually delete or rename the Program Files\Postgresql folders
3) run the command - start > run > cmd >
[PHP]net user postgres /delete [/PHP]
4) reboot.
5) Install PostgreSQL 8.4, with your firewall uninstalled or turned off if windows firewall - http://www.enterprisedb.com/products...oad.do#windows

The HUD should should be separating omaha and nlhe hands. I believe it even separates Omaha Hi and O8 hands in the HUD.

Then reproduce the problem with screen shots of the table/HUD, and the HUD Options > Launch Active Player Details window for that player, filtered for All Hands and All Games. Post the screen shots and details in a new thread on our forums.

tourney > results > dataview > right-click > edit > and you should be able to manually complete them.

If no help, try this:

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Stop Service

Start > Programs > PostgreSQL > 8.x > Start Service

I am unable to Setup Hero Name. I can tell HEM is reading the files because it is moving the text files from the folder to the archive folder. It wont pick up my username or any name. I am following the guide step by step from the website.

OK, I now install beta 37. When I deactice my AntiVir and then start HEM there is not longer a warning screen. But I hope there will be a real solution for this problem very soon?

Is it importing hands? Is the HUD working? Did you update to beta 37?
