How do i configure Holdem Manager to work with Poker Stars?
Here are my Cliff Notes (Sorry, they are pretty long for cliff notes.

You need to set your preferred sears in the pokerstars client - Options > Preferred Seat - First seat right of the chip tray is seat 1, and it goes clockwise.
Now you need to set your HEM preferred seats to match - HEM > HUD Options > Seating Preferences > Pokerstars
Also make sure you have 'pre-fetch' turned on - HEM > HUD Options > Site Options > Pokerstars > Check the 'Pre-fetch one hand' box. That should allow for the HUD to popup before the first hand is dealt.
-Also make sure these items are checked/unchecked accordingly:
HUD Options > Player Preferences > Make sure 'Fix my stats position' is Un-Checked
HUD Options > Table Preferences Un-Check 'Force Ontop'
-Now you should be able to start auto import, relaunch the HUD, and open a table of holdem and get the stats to pop up within 1 or 2 hands without playing. If they don't, you can manually add the prefetch folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration > C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Importing\HEM Data. I prefer to align everything while observing, before sitting in and aligning my hero stats.
If/when you sit in and play, while adjusting the stat positions, you MUST NOT move any stat panels, until after HM has imported one hand. It's best to wait until at least your small blind hand, or once you can see your own stats have popped up. I make sure to add the 'abb. name' stat when aligning the panels.
Now you will want to Ctrl + Right-Click + Drag (holding all 3 buttons) the stat panels into their proper positions.
Table Manager > File > Save Positions
Close that table, open a new table, and see if the stat panels are fixed. If they seem to be in the correct position, try playing an orbit or two of micro-stakes to see if it works as well.
If I confused you, or you are still unable to get it aligned, please email me at fozzy@tiltbusternet and we will schedule a teamviewer session so I can show you how to do it.

The Holdem Manager forums are your best place to find out what is current or ask your questions. There are 3 or 4 of us there that answer questions all day. There is a Quick Questions thread there that I try to answer as soon as I see the email notification. You are always more than welcome to start a new thread about any problems you may be having. It is much easier to sort out if you have your own thread for the issue. I am the only one that checks this thread, and I try to do it a couple times a day, but I spend the vast majority of the day looking for new threads/posts on the HM forums.

There is a Releases Sub-Forum where you can always find the current beta thread with a download link and revisions list.

Now, to address your problem.

but every time it's turn my hud stats move and cover my cards.
The new beta works fine for me. I just got done playing a few orbits while looking at someones HUD config they were having issues with.
When it's your turn to act, every ones stats move?? Or just your stats? Or does it only happen when you first sit down at a table? Or after you play your first Big Blind hand? What site?
As I explained to the poster above, when you use the preferred seating option at a poker site, and match that setting in HM, you need to make sure it is setup properly and that you do not move any panels around until after your first hand is played. If your preferred seat on Pokerstars is seat 3 in the bottom right corner, and you open a table with an empty seat in the top left corner, the Pokerstars client will 'spin' the table around to sit you in the proper location. The HUD doesn't realize the table has spun around, until after it imports the first hand with you and your seat number. Then the HUD will set the panels where they belong. If you were busy moving the panels around while waiting for your Big Blind, they will be wrong once HM imports your Big Blind hand and repositions the panels.
If that doesn't explain what is going on in your situation, or you need any sort of help getting it to work properly, please start a new thread on the HM forums. If we can't figure out what's happening from the details in your thread we can always do a remote support session and take a look at things first hand.
