Installed new antivirus software etc yesterday and now my HEM isn't importing files. The tabe manager just opens then shuts down. Are these two things connected or is this just a coincidence

If you update to the newest version on the old PC then go to Help > Show Serial and it will give you the key, just send me the key and ill reset and you can reuse it on the new one morny@holdemmanager.net

I dont see anything in the download page, i browsed the forums and in the listings for .09 there wasnt anything about what i said fixed

No automatic HUD on pokerstars tables. table manager does not see any table. Have to use table finder. Also stats do not fix in postition - have to rearrange them on every new table. Annoying.

Bug Report:

Pokerstars Double or Nothing Tournament

6 players remaining (top five places pay) and two players bust out in the same hand with the exact same stack size. HEM listed it as a first place finish with the full normal payout when it should be the payout/2 (or the buyin minus rake).

I need help setting up rakeback.
I went to the FAQ, which said I should copy and past a line to the
CustomReports.txt file. But this file does not appear in the Reports
folder and I couldn't find one. So I created a text file with that name
and added the line. But when I go to the Cash tab and click on the +
sign as described the custom stat does not show up.

Help please.

OK...I figured it out. There was a problem with .txt getting
added to the file name twice.

Now it all works ok.

You need to turn off the default windows option to 'hide known file extensions', to prevent errors in naming/renaming files.

I used to open the other tables in my tournies once I'm down to the last 5 tables to get stats on people in case I get move etc, but HEM no longer imports those hands though I didnt change anything about my config and didn't update HEM either.

anything I can do about this or did FTP change smth?

Yeah the 1-09 beta is there, i downloaded it and still the all in ev line and the rakeback line keep appearing clicked as default even when i de-click them and try to opne hem again. When is this gonna be fixed? Is really annoying to have to de-click this two checkboxes every time i open hem. I put myself the goal of not focusing on the all in ev line and is so damn difficult if the red line keep appearing every time i open hem and look at my graph (tourneys tab btw)

Apparently, HEM 1.08.04 thinks I should have lost more than my buyin in a recent FTP SNG.

Don't know if this has already been asked or not and don't know how to phrase the question for search.

What about the idea that is similar to when you double left click any hud. And it shows you how that player might be playing this session.

That you could double right click the player and see how your image is to him. Just as you view his stats in your hud. Rather than just your overall stats in general. As they would be different against the whole vs individuals who you might have history with but cannot remember.

This would come in handy in CO, B, SB, BB steal attempts. 3 Bet, Fold to 3 bet, 4 Betting, against regs at cash games when you multi table. As when I sit down at another table with a reg I can either view my overall or view just that session. But cannot view my history with him as he views me.

I don't know just a thought.

I use Hold'em manager for check my hands after the game.

So i do not use hold'em manager when i'm playing on on game.

I import the .db files after ongame has been showdown.


The problem is:
I have played a session with 179 hands. HM import just 30 HANDS.

I have played another sessin of 239 hands (the hand go in the same .db statistic files). HM import just 45 HANDS.

Do you know where is the problem ?

I want to be able to save specific hands in 1 location without having to look through all of my hands. Is that possible ?? I know how to mark the hands but then I dont know how to seperate specific hands from all the rest.

Also, can I copy and paste a text hh into the replayer ??

well but I am playing in the tourney, it's not like I'm mining cash game tables or anything. (and everyone knows there are sites that sell the HH's anyway)

Can you at least tell me if there was a recent change in the FT client that caused my problem?

Is there a way to manually move hand history files to the archived folder. I have set the archive duration to 10000 minutes but might want to move them earlier.

Dosent with mine, im using Beta 3, maybe you have UAC on thats causing this?
