HM is designed to only show your session stats at that table as we felt it was alot more useful for a couple of reasons

1) Alot of people will have a huge amount of stats on themselves so it saves lagging issues having to show these for yourself

2) Alot of regulars are very aware of their stats and when youve alot of stats accumalated it would take a huge swing just for 1 stat to change since youve such a big sample and so there not very useful

3) Its much more beneficial to see your session stats to get an idea of how aggressive or passive people will see you since you sat at that table.

4) You can easily check your overall stats in the reports section to remind any stats but again most people know their stats pretty well.


You mention it happens sometimes to all players, this is most likely a player you just happen to have no stats on and coincidence. You can check for yourself by running a report in HM for that player but youll find that its only your settings resetting. Control Panel > Admin Tools > Services > then scroll to secondary login service and click the start button then try the reinstallation again

When I play 6-max, HEM cannot recognize table position and names. For example, say in 2 tables players X and Y are in the same position. But if I move X's name to his position, in table 2 it'll drag someone else's name to that position. y

i just bought HEM about a month ago and it has yet to register the correct number of ppl in any tourney or sng that i play and it has never recorded a single rebuy either. is there a patch that i need to download or is something wrong with my setup??

My video card kicked the bucket yesterday, and now I'm being asked to reactivate my HM license because the hardware profile on my machine has changed.

I click on 'Activate online now.'

I get the following message: 'There were errors during activation. You can retry activating online or go back and try another method. If problems persist please contact customer service'.

Help?

Okay, I think my current activation needs to be deactivated first.

I used PC#2 and everything went through okay.

If I get a laptop later on in the year as a second computer, can I close my pc#1 and then reactivate it on my second PC? Should I close pc#1 now?

New problem:

Holdem Manager is not showing up on my monitor unless I have it maximized.

Nevermind, this corrected itself.

Just email me morny@holdemmanager.net and ill reset the code for you so it will free up the 2nd PC

UAC usually causes this if it reoccurs disable it

Is there an easy way to export all hands I played this month to import them in PT2? I tried with selecting all hands in the hands tab and choosing "Export to hard drive" but PT2 cant read them.
I need this cause I have to report my Party-MGR and the number in HM is still wrong. And I would like to know what my EV really was (like PEV calculates it).

Youll need to contact PT support if they wont import, maybe they dont support it

^^ wat? It would help if HM would export hands in the same format it imports them. This has nothing to do with PT. Or you could fix bugs which exist for months and add a decent EV calculation so I dont have to still use PT2 .

I know about parallels, vmfuzion or whatever and bootcamp and all those other programs for mac, but they need windows installed. i dont want to do this. has anyone used omaha manager on their mac using the program crossover or something similar. omaha manager is not one of the programs on their site that is supported but it dosent say that it wont work either. so i dont want to purchase it until i know it will work. thanks
