Unfortunately our Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app does not see the prize info for their Jackpots when grabbing hands, and Ignition doesn't include that information in their downloaded Jackpot hand history files like they do for normal SNG, so we have no way to be able to parse and detect the prize and proper net won. For now you need to manually edit the results via the Reports - Tournaments - Tournaments - right-click a tournament in the upper half the report grid - Edit - Tournament Editor, then edit as needed and click 'OK' to save the edits.

Are you still using 3.1.14.0, instead of the current stable or beta builds, because your Support & Maintenance (S/M) plan expired? That version is from last November and may not work anymore at some sites (such as Winamax).

- Close your poker clients, close HM3 and right-click - 'Exit' the HM3 Server icon in the Windows Notification Tray.
- Uninstall HM3 with this file.
- Download and install the latest beta version of HM3 from this link.

If you continue to have problems: Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and if that does not help then please send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread and your forum username.

I didnt update because I didnt want to pay for the renewal. If I follow the instructions abive won't I have to pay the renewal fee?

What specific site/games are you having HUD problems at?

You can update to the beta build and use the 'Free' license for testing it on a single micro stakes table to see if that solves the issue so you can be sure if your problems with 3.1.14.0 are specific to that version and have since been fixed. If you have the same problems with the beta version you can just install 3.1.14.0 to use your license again and then send us a bug report with your logs and screenshots/hands using the 'Send Feedback' system as instructed at the end of the FAQ linked above.

Yes the problem was with the 3.1.14 version. How much is it for the renewal? I have NLHE+PLO all stakes but I'm only interested in having NLHE all stakes. Also does HM have annually fees as a default now? I don't want to have to pay annual fees. I just want the same old program I'm used to. If I pay this renewal fee will the HUD be fixed for good or just fixed until the next update?

The annual Support & Maintenance (S/M) plan can be found here but you also have to pay for the time since yours expired to bring it current so I can't give you an exact price. You will need to login to your account on our site and add it to your cart to see your actual cost.

If you renew the S/M plan and cancel the auto renewal subscription I have no way to know if or when the HUD might stop working for you in the future, after it expires, as that is usually caused by your specific site(s) updating their hand history files or other things like window titles.

I've been getting a very frustrating error on Party Poker (Borgata PA). HM3 does not accurately report all-in pots if someone goes all in for more than the total of the pot. This is causing errors to my win/loss statistics but also is freezing HM3 and crashing it whenever an error is logged. Example error message:

Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #245061853 (calculated pot: $5,332.00; reported winnings: $3,899.00)


I have filed a report with support and received this response back-

Hello, back with the good old HM2 we have the option to choose last X months to be displayed in HUD. I do not see that option is it available?

That developer ticket is assigned to our QA/Testing Manager and is awaiting review so I can not give an estimate unfortunately. I added your comments/questions to the ticket and will ask our QA/Testing Manager next week if he might have time to review it and get it assigned to a developer.

HM3 does not have such a feature. In the HM3 - HUD - HUD Options... - General Settings / General menu you can filter the HUD by the last X hands or last x weeks.

This is only possible at a handful of sites/networks that either still write observed hand history files (I am not sure if any supported site still does this) or sites that allow us to pre-fetch some observed hands from memory (i.e. Stars and Ignition) to aid in table selection.

Thank you man. You were helpful. I bought HM3 and stumbled to something.
I played 2k hands today. When I open replayer it shows on me only 200hands, or 142hands every time its a different number? I have played with all the filters and never got 2k hands on me, why ?

There is no option to view lifetime hero stats in the replayer currently. It was possible in early testing but it caused performance issues so we had to disable it at that time.

Note: There is a method to enable it manually but it can cause performance issues as mentioned, and it will also cause the live hero HUD to behave the same way which would mean losing the ability to see your table image/stats at each table which you may not like (and it could also cause performance issues when playing live). If you want the instructions on how to do this, we posted them on our forums.

This feature request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration. If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-1428 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

I am not sure if this is the right thread, but I couldn't find a separate one for your Range Wizard. Since it's a much better deal for a yearly subscription than hand2note range research, can you roughly say how the two compare? Is Range Wizard similar for the most part? Does it also work with PT4?

For HM2 please see this thread where we have a document explaining how to use the HM2 HMQL Report.

HM3 does not have a similar document/report but if you know how to query HM2 PostgreSQL databases in PGAdmin you can do some basic queries in the HM3 SQLite databases using this database browser.

I am not sure how to answer that as I have never used H2N and have only used RW a few times. I just watched a short video of the H2N RR and I think the biggest difference is that RW compares 2 sets of players, whereas H2N RR only shows 1 set at a time. The developers are working on PT4 support for RW but I do not have an estimate as to when that will be available.

We have some basic FAQs for RW you can review and we have a small playlist of videos for RW also so you can get a basic understanding of how it works. If you own a HM3 license there is a free version of HM3 with a limited number of stats available to test the app before deciding if you want to purchase.

Hi there,

is it safe to say that I can do this trick check HUD stats for 1hour then reverse it to the default settings and I wont experience "performance issues" later ?

Probably hopeless but here it goes!

Seems like my Hard drive got corrupted and it’s basically impossible to access my pc

Getting a new ssd and was wondering, because I had quite the beauty of a graph on my HEM3, is there any way to get that data off the cloud or something Holdem Manager Support?

We don't have access to your database or hands and HM3 does not have a database cloud sync service like we had with HM2. The only way to get a copy of your database or hands is if you had saved a copy of the C:\HM3Archive, or a backup of your database, to your own cloud service account like dropbox, googledrive, onedrive, etc. I personally do not make backups of my database and store them in the cloud but I do configure HM3 to save my \HM3Archive folder in my \Google Drive\Personal\ folder instead of the root of the C:\ drive so I can access my original hands from any computer.

p.s. If you play a site like Stars/FTP, Party or WPN you can email their support and ask for all your old hand histories and tourney histories/results.

Unfortunately HM2 does not have these stats included but it might be possible to create them for the HUD if you own a NoteCaddy for HM3 license. I did write up a feature/stat request for these but I can't say when/if these might get included into the default HM3 stat library.

I clicked something by accident and it unpinned the row under Home, Reports, etc.. How can I pin the part with Database, HM Sync, Buy Upgrades, etc. back to the top so I don't have to click Home, Reports, etc. to see these things?
