Thanks, but to be fair I am not that good at filtering (I didn't do much of it when I played) and had to ask the other guys on the team to help me with that question and your other recent HM2 filtering questions.

HUD - HUD Options - 'General Settings'- 'General' has Filters for number of players at the table:

This is not possible at this time. This feature request has been documented in detail and provided to the developers for future consideration. *If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HMT-3073 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

When you open the Stats Picker in a report you can double left click a stat to add it to the report without having to click OK and close the stats picker. Then you can repeat to add more stats.

My apologies if these questions have been answered already.
I am not sure who you want to be on the BTN or who is 3 Betting in your question.

First you would have to select the opponent you want to review stats for instead of your hero as the active player. If you want to filter for all opponents, then you would need to create an alias for all of those players which can be problematic but NoteCaddy can help with this as explained here.

Once you have the proper player/alias chosen you will need to open the Filter Editor (Funnel icon at the top left of any report), or use the HMQL auto-complete filter box to filter for that specific situation. Here is a FAQ about the filtering with some videos. There is a Position and Action Filter for setting the BTN and 3Bet filters as well as Board Texture filters for setting the flop value.

Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and reproduce the issue then send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ with a link to this forum thread.

Fozzy --

Noticed today that at least one of the "bomb pots" from ACR that I won did not get recorded in HM2.

I have the specific example if you need me to send it somewhere.

Hi! Is there a problem with the 2.0.0.8695 version? I download HM2 from the webpage, install it and it works fine, but when I upgrade to that version the software doesnt load.

We are aware of this issue and working to add support for these hands in HM3. AFAIK HM2 will not be getting support for these hands as that would be a new 'feature'.

HM2 does not support emailed hands from Prima/MPN. I don't think HM3 does either.

Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel - System & Security - Administrative Tools or Start - Search - 'Event Viewer') - Windows Logs - Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
- Please send your \HM2Logs folder files as well.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com

Downgraded to this version https://forums.holdemmanager.com/sho...d.php?t=535109 and everything imported fine. Anyone looking to get their MPN hands to their database, e-mail your skin now, before mpn shuts down their database and use that version. You don't need to uninstall beforehand and all your settings in HEM will stay in place.

Thanks for letting me know about that. I forgot that the old build used to support them before they made that crazy change to their HH files a couple years ago.

Is there anyway to view opponent statistics for anonymous sites such as Ignition, e.g. make an alias for each position? I asked on Holdem Manager forum but was told to figure it out with NoteCaddy, but I'm still evaluating the HM3 trial. Every Ignition hand converter I've tried don't will import weirdly where the hands will import but clearly are erroneous, like 5% of hands are from UTG and 80% of hands are on the BTN, doesn't add up.

There is no way to do the bold even with NC that I am aware of. You would have to create an alias of every opponent then use the Position report.

The only way currently to study population stats is to create an alias for those players then set that that alias to be the active player in the reports for analysis, but please be aware that it can be very resource intensive to link all villains to an alias so you should have a powerful computer with lots of ram if attempting this. If you want to create an alias with a lot of villains you can do it via the NoteCaddy Premium Aliases feature that creates an alias based on a color definition - https://forums.holdemmanager.com/not...endencies.html

This technique can also cause erroneous results in the reports if some of the villain's you aliased together have played hands against each other. An alias is designed to join 2 or more hero screen names that would not have played against each other so while this is possible to do it is not something we officially support or recommend.

One of our developers is also working on a new Range Wizard app that is in private beta testing that may be useful to you once it is ready for public beta testing and eventually released.

Our Ignition Hand Grabber (IHG) app should not have these problems AFAIK. There are issues with grabbing Zone hands which are explained here but you can manually download the Zone (or any) hands from IGN 24 hours after the session and reimport them to get the correct data (and all known hole cards) in the database.

We give every player a unique name and their position reports look like any other site/hero:

Thanks for the detailed response. I've been doing the manual import, which appears to not give players the unique name.

Range Wizard looks like exactly what I'm after, any ETA on release?

I do not have an estimate at this time but I will see if management can get me an estimate. Once it is available for beta testing again it will be on our store/FAQ pages under the 'HM3 Apps' menu in the header menu at the top of the pages.

Are there any issues with those new bompots on WPN cash game tables? Just searched for bombpot in this thread and nothing came up. I am missing several huge winning hands on those tables. I specificially remember having AK and flopped AKK and I won around 300bb in that hand but its not in my database. Still using HM2 fwiw.

Nevermind...just saw the post above...I was searching for bombpot and not bomb pot. So HM2 will not get any support for this?

What would cause my HUD to show up on a different table other than the one its supposed to be on?

I have 2 tables loaded, but the HUD only shows up on 1 table, but its not the stats for the correct table. Table 1 shows Table 2 stats, Table 2 has no HUD showing at all.

HM2 will NOT be getting support for WPN bomb pot hands. Our developers are currently working to add support for them in HM3 but it is not an easy task so I don't have an ETA for when it might be ready for HM3 beta testing.

I can't say without seeing screenshots, hands and logs from when it happened.

HM2 or HM3?

HM3: Please see our HUD Troubleshooting FAQ and if that does not help then please send the requested logs, screenshots, and hand history files in a support ticket as instructed at the bottom of that FAQ.

HM2: Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

* All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.* It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

The File - Import HM2 Database... process should bring over bonuses, rakeback, aliases, player/hand notes, edited tournament results, hand tag categories and hand tags. See this FAQ. If it does not bring any of that over for some reason we will need the HM2 DB backed up and uploaded to a file hosting site then a download link sent to us in a support ticket with a detailed description of what didn't transfer properly so we can try to duplicate it and document it for our developers.

FYI if you play at any of the 'AsianPokerClubs' sites there is an issue that I am testing for another customer right now where those sites do not seem to transfer properly with regards to aliases and player notes/colors.

I dont play at those AsianPokerClub sites but I use the AcePokerCardCatcher for Chico and the Hands for Chico were saved under AsianPokerClubs in HM2. I did setup HM3 and there the hands from the CardCatcher are imported under Chico. I guess that might be a problem/the old HM2 hands from Chico/AsianPokerClubs will not be imported correct into Chico into HM3 or am I wrong? Any idea on how to make that right?

That is interesting. I made a note to ask this other user which specific converter he used for grabbing these APC hands in HM2.

The hands should import but there may be issues with aliases that have those players, and the player notes and color mars in the HUD may not transfer. There is no way for you to fix it yourself. We would need the HM2 DB backed up and sent to us so we can document the issue for our developers to try and fix in a future update. If we can fix it you would then have to import the HM2 DB again.

If you have any of those problems:

Please create a support ticket with a link to this thread and your forum username.

Please backup your HM2 database/settings as explained here.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

Then upload the backup file to to a file hosting site like or dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox please try using google drive or filedropper.com instead. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page.
