Hi i have a question I play in the gg network they give us hand histories with random names. Is there a way I can go tourney by tourney and change a player name to his real name so a bunch of his hands are merged?

Every tourney gg poker gives a random alphanumeric name to a player I could check the reg I want to track pick several games he played against me and put his real name

Neither HM2 or HM3 has such a stat at this time. I wrote up the stat request for HM3.

HM3 does not have that feature currently. No. In theory you could edit it in the raw files before you import them but that isn't something I have ever tried to be sure if it could be done.

Hey!

I just wanted to update you about about having my own player stats show all hands in my database for myself, and not just in my session.

The only issues I have had is the following:

1) Sometimes during a session it wont show my stats at all, which does not matter anyway since its same as in replayer.

2) Replayer sometimes does not show HUD if i go through hands quickly. For example, if I have 20 hands loaded to review, and I go from hand #4 to hand #10 by pressing next to fast, the HUD crashes and does not work. I then have to exit the replayer, and select hands again to get it to work.

Besides this, I have not had much issue the past couple of weeks with being able to see my own stats.

Hi i took a look at this and it mentions aero glass. But there is zero mention of aero peek? So aero peek has nothing to do with it?

All I meant by 'peek' was that Aero gives you the ability to hover over a taskbar item and see popup previews for that item like this:

Hi Team, after new ACR update, bomb pots hand histories show an error in HM3 and don't get imported. Is there a timeline for when this is updated? Thank you.

Also rakeback calculations in HM3 for ACR are off as it takes JackPot $ as rake as well, when in reality only rake is counted towards rakeback. e.g. $0.20 JP, $0.80 rake, and HM3 takes $1 of rake. Not sure if someone mentioned it already.

This is the first I have heard of either of these issues so you need to send us samples for each with screenshots and a detailed description of each issue.

Please create a support ticket with a link to this thread and your forum username.

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

Thanks Fozzy71, I submitted #512174 and #512176.

Unfortunately I need you to send the hand history files again. The WPN file names are so long that they can not be attached properly to our support tickets. The file names get truncated.

You need to copy the files to a new folder with a short name such as 'Hands' then zip the folder and attach that 'Hands.zip' file.

Are you having problems with the Zoom HUD or just asking for help with what stats you should have in the HUD? I can help with the former but not the latter as we do not give coaching advice. We have a number of included HUD Profiles you can choose from but if you need help with what stats to add/remove you will need to ask that in one of the strategy forums for the stakes you play so you can get help from others playing the same games.

If you are having problems with the Zoom HUD:

Make sure you always start HM3 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM3 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, after an install or an update, you must start the Hold'em Manager 3 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HM3 HUD/Import and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly.

*If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, rename the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

If you continue to have problems please tell us which ps.xx skin you play on and what the client/server version numbers are and send the logs/files as instructed below:

Note: There is a known issue with the stars client not updating their Zoom seating file if you play Zoom and regular tables at the same time. If you play Zoom tables you can't play regular tables.

Not sure if anyone else has this issue but wanted to bring it to support

I have noticed that my stats are not accurate for Iggy/Bovada and always seem to be that it says I've lost less than I actually have. The times I have noticed it are when I check the graph after a medium/large nonshowdown hand not showing for the session but I'm not 100% sure it's only that. For instance HM has me up around 6k this month when I'm only up around 2k and today I lost ~700 and it has me as down 330ish. 100% zoom hands on ignition using the native Ignition card catcher and HM

Looking for how to filter this spot on HM2:

Folds to hero in CO, hero raises, BTN 3-bets, folds back to hero, hero 4-bets, BTN calls

The bold/underlined can not be filtered for. This should get you the rest of it.

Basic Filters - Common Filters:
- DID PFR = Yes
- 4Bet = Yes



Basic Filters - Position and Action:
- Hero's Position = Cutoff
- Preflop Action Facing Hero = Unopened
- 3-Bettor's Position = Button

I was just skimming back over this and re-read the Zone guide, as I don't play these games, and realized that your actual results should still be correct. If you can pinpoint a few specific recent hands that are showing incorrect net won results you can send them to us for testing as explained at the bottom of this FAQ.

Thank you for the reply, I had not read that because when I fired up Zone upon getting the native hand grabber I was pleasently surprised that it was grabbing them (the software I used before did not even attempt to grab zone hands). I think I will transition to just doing what I did before and downloading the hands a day later, thank you!

Just bought hm3 and have a few questions.
When i use the HUD how can i make it show up the stats from the specific amount of players at the table? like if im playing hu on a 6max table i would like it to show it the stats of my opponents for HU.
2nd How do i add more stats in the opponent analysis? or a reports window that show heaps of stats instead of having to add every single stat seperately in a very small window?
third, how do i filter by action. Like i want to see my opponents stats in a btn vs sb 3betpot. on low card boards. How do i proceed with this?
