Depends on the site -some sites save observed hand histories (FTP for example) so those work now. UB works as well now as of 1.05.08 and Stars and Party should be working in 1.05.09

You can check both the villain and hero boxes for each stat and it should work right now.

Ok, will try fixing this tonight as well. Basically all of these FTP seating issues are a result of trying to fix a different FTP table size / seating issue. FTP doesn't tell you how many seats there are in the hand history which is a big part of the challenge so we need to make assumptions and try to match it that way.

In the Table Manager you can change a table that is recognized as one size to a different size so you might want to try that in the mean time.

You can force the HUD to display tables as 6 max by right clicking on the table in the Table Manager.

There is also a file of 6 max tables not specifically named as such, "FTP6Max.txt". If you add "Wyteazn" to the end of the list, it should be detected as such. Having said that I see Wyteanz is already on my list and I'm surprised it isn't on yours. You coudl try deleting the old file and it should save out a new copy with an up to date list.

Mike, I think I'm setting this to 6max in the .hh file. Does this take precedent over the info in the FTP6Max.txt?

Had this problem too. None of the newly added hover panels were showing. However, after I added a new stat to my HUD the new panel would pop up. I decided to delete all my HUD stats and start from fresh and now all the new hover panels work.

Sorry my mistake. You should go to the FTP6Max.txt file and delete Wyteazn. It looks like FTP either changed the name to Wyteazn (6-max) or I messed up making the list in the first place. I'll check the names again.

having trouble getting stats on UB HU Tables (well, I don't think the hands are being recorded by HEM, thus no stats)

I removed VPIP to test to see if this works, and I saw that when I added it back it didn't keep the color ranges assigned to it -- wtf? And worse, you can't even undo anything -- I closed the window rather than press OK, but the changes STILL went through on my HUD.

I like HEM a lot, but little things like this are tilting the **** out of me.

didn't solve the problem anyway. Nor did making sure both villain and Hero stats are showing. i hope the new update solves this =/

What font do you guys like for the HUD? I would prefer to use the same one that was the default for real time ("fixedsys") but for some reason it is not available.

A couple of little things I've come across after the last update...apologies if these have been posted already!

1. HUD stats absent for the top-left player (6max) on the hand replayer

2. Parts of replayer backround is sometimes / often transparent such that whatever is behind it can be clearly seen

I can't seem to get time stats (minutes and $/hr) in the report window, but they are in the session window. Is this an oversight? Also, an MT ratio stat (like in PT2) would be nice. E.g. 3.5 means you played an average of 3.5 tables during that session or whatever.

Sorry if this has already been covered, I did a search but this thread is so huge that it'd probably be pretty easy to miss.

i have about 300k hands of mine and 700k of observed hands on my database.

it seems like when I open HEM and after i click on auto import, and click on Report, it takes quite while to show me my stats. I filtered it to show this month only too.

Even though, after it loads up, speed to change to other tabs or refresh is pretty fast.

It seems like it's just the first time I click on the Report tab, it takes somewhat long time to load up.

I went to the database admin to analyze and vacuum. even after that, it seems like it's pretty slow to load up my stat.

Is this normal or slower than what it should be?

Grab latest version and then add the program files\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hem data folder to your auto import list and when you open the table open the view history window.

When you remove a stat it, and all ranges etc, are gone. Letting you cancel the changes is something I'll add.

If you can zip up the contents of your holdem manager/config folder and send off to support@holdemmanager.net I can make sure that it is working for you.

so even after closing HM and relaunching you don't get stats there?

Does this stay like this or is it something that appears like that for a second or two. I;ve seen that before, just want to make sure you aren't talking about something different

Not available for reports yet but they will be - bit more work to fit that in with the way the reports work.

First load will always be slower then postgres caches the data making everything else faster. I haven't done any performance tuning for a couple of months but will be shortly and pretty sure I can make this run a lot faster.

love HEM so far, no problems. would be cool to have skins for it, like having the reports stats look a little bit more PT (in the sense that its compact, and very easy to read all at once).

and what about a rakeback stat for the reports window?

I've been waiting for PokerEV to buy a next gen tracker, but since HEM supports Replayer HUD stats now, I guess the main feature why I was waiting for PokerEV is available in HEM too, so I guess I'm going to make a purchase in the next few weeks.

However I have some questions about features of HEM (I guess most are discussed in this thread, but it's such a HUGE read and a couple of you will be able to type the answers without any effort);

1a) Does HEM support multiple databases for HUD usage? This is kinda important since I have huge observed hand DB's which I don't want to import to my own DB (which also isn't that small).

1b) If multiple DB's are not supported, will this be incorporated and what's the priority on this (like when do you estimate this will be incorporated)?

2) I understand you can use 2 instances of HEM with one license? I'm planning to use 1 instance on my main PC, 1 instance on my laptop (for lazy playing on the couch or in bed) and I used to use 3 other instances for the VMWare guests used for observed hands. Does this mean I have to purchase 3 HEM licenses if I want to maintain this setup?

3) Is it possible to flag hands while playing for later review?

4) Are there plans to make the HUD customizable using a grid like PAHUD? If so what is the priority and ETA on this?

A really neat future would be if it would be made possible to store hands while using the replayer for later review.
At this moment I've written an AutoIT script which does this with the PT2 replayer. So when I replay a hand which I think is worthwile engraving in my mind, I hit a button and it grabs the HHtext and appends it in a file (like "importanthands.txt"). Before I start playing a later session I replay all the hands in "importanthands.txt" to remind me of previous mistakes.
This works really well for me and I was planning to ask if it would be possible for the HHtext to show up when using a ControlCommand("Replayer Window", "GetText") like command, but I was thinking, it would be really neat if it would be incorporated as a feature so I don't have to use the AutoIT script and seperate HHFile replayer.
However I understand there are tons of stuff on your to do list, so this would get 0 priority.

That's right...stats are never there in that position for me. Relaunching makes no difference. I've also checked (1) to see that the stats weren't hidden under another panel (2) that it was consistent across hands / players / sessions and (3) that I did actually have history on the players in the top-left position.

This is permanent for the time that the replayer window is open. Seems to be frequent but somewhat random so in a sequence of replaying 10 hands (closing and re-opening the player each time) I may get this 3-4 times.

Another vote for timezone setting (and also date format too plz).

when I try to review the hands I've played, with the hand replayer it sometimes starts but I only see the HUD stats and not a real window where the action is going on. Have to restart HM to make it work again.

Just found the cause of missing replayer stat...it was way over the other side of the screen...just peeking out a fraction. Probably my fault in the first place.

Also an interim measure for the transparent replayer HUD background is to pick-up one of the stats boxes and wipe it around the screen like a paintbrush...this fills-in the transparent background area.

also, after each hand is over and went to showdown..the showdown hand cards won't show up until like 3 hands later...could you help me fix this as well? thx

will it ever be possible to change the size of single numbers in the HM-HUD?

i 24-table and i need VPIP/PFR in big numbers and the rest in small fonts.

if you add this, i will instantly buy HM.
