Uninstall HM2 and then Reinstall HM2 from this file http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...er_2_Setup.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.


Then immediately update HM2 to the latest beta:

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe


And launch HM2.


That will insure HM2 is properly installed and should load that folder with the default HM2 settings files.

Then please send the logs and link to this thread (and your forum name) as I have instructed in the previous 2 replies. There is nothing more we can do without seeing your logs and those are not something you should ever post on a public forum. Forum support is for quick/easy questions that require a simple answer. Any more complex problems require us to review log files.


Please make sure you include a link to this thread and your forum name so the other techs and myself will have access to this conversation/images to be sure we don't start by suggesting things that you have already tried.

Hi,
i am a good customer for a long time. I had to reset my licenses several times after multiple fresh installations of Windows. I did´t know about any limits regarding this process. Now i have no activations left. I extended my license to PLO+NLHE less than a year ago and always thought it would be a license for unlimited time or at least till the software is no longer supported. Now I am very disappointed since i never used my license on more than two machines. It would have been nice to know that there is this kind of limitation of activation processes. Please let me know if there is any way around this problem...

Your HM2 license is valid on two computers that you own. If you receive the message "there are no more activations available", you can reset your code. For the steps to reset your Holdem Manager code please see this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Note:
  • Some of our recent releases were causing registration problems. We had to undo and correct some things in the registration code and servers to solve their problems. Unfortunately, this change means some customers that weren't having problems will have to reset their profiles and enter their code again.
  • You can also get this message sometimes after major Windows, BIOS, etc updates that your computer may have downloaded and isntalled without you noticing.

I still have to table select every new table on WPN. It looks like this used to be a problem, but I don't see anyone posting about it anymore. Is this still being worked on or am I doing something wrong?

The devs are working on it. It is affecting all 3 trackers (HM2/3 and PT4) since the major WPN update last month. I am not sure if it is on the WPN or HM/PT side yet but there is an issue matching the HUD to the table so you have to manually launch the Table Finder in HM2 (HM3 and PT4 should auto display their TF's) for each new table and each new table change.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed for HM2 please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-9055 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email. HM3's ticket number for this issue, if you want to be notified about that fix also, is: HMT-4621.

Is HEM2/3 supporting US facing mtts fully yet? Can track your buy ins and such in your version of HEM?

I remember they wouldn't import ACR correctly.

None of the USA facing sites (that most/all states can play on) write tourney summary files yet so you will have to manually edit MTT (and possibly some SNG/Step/Sat*) results. I saw one of the PT4 support guys mention that WPN is supposedly working on it but given how long mucked cards in the cash HH files took for them to implement (which we don't yet support properly AFAIK, until we can get some samples from customers) I wouldn't expect it to be implemented by them in the short-term.

If you (or anyone) plays STT games on WPN or other 'all state' networks, and the results aren't correct, you can zip/send some hands to see if we can improve the tourney results detection for STT, but MTT are not possible to detect until they implement proper separate summary files like Stars and Pacific**.

** I don't recall if any of the state specific 888/Pacific skins still write summaries, if they do we should theoretically support MTT for that/those state sites. Any 888/PAC skins in a multi-state compact with NV defintely do NOT write hands (or summaries) due to the rules in NV.



Edit: I just remembered that you are also in Detroit? If so, you can skip over all that stuff about Pacific USA/State sites.

If we have enough customers request support we will consider adding it to HM3 at some point in the future.

Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and let us know which site you are interested in 6+/Short-Deck support for and we can link your support ticket to the appropriate developer ticket so you get notified automatically if/when it is added to HM3.

I just had my pc fixed because of a batery issue and they besides fixing it they also did a routine cleaning for oreventive maintenence and now my HM doesnt show any cash graphs even tho I still can see other reports like overall report.

- Please delete everything in:

- Win Vista/7+: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports and \Filters
- Windows XP: C:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports and \Filters

I'm using HM3 and the HUD only works at regular tables, at fast tables (Snap) does not work, it imports, but has no HUD

How can I fix this?

If you check the HM3 FAQ for 888/Pacific you will see that they do not allow HUDs on the SNAP tables.

Hey I cant get the hud to work on 888.PT. Have no idea why. The Hud keeps saying:"Waiting for hands" and nothing happens. I guess the HH arent importing but I have no idea why

That is because we have not yet added support for that new 888.pt skin. It is being worked on currently but it hasn't passed internal alpha testing yet and got sent back to the developers for more fixes yesterday IIRC.


These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

You are quoting a post I made for another user (my reply for your HM3/Snap post was directly above it) that I assume is using HM2 since he didn't specify HM3. The HUD will not ever work on the 888 Snap tables for HM2 or HM3.



I wasn't aware (or forgot) we had added support for 888.pt to HM3 so thank you for the reminder. I will PM that user to let him know he can try using HM3 Beta until we get support in the (hopefully) next HM2 beta.

That is the old HH path, if you play ACR you need to toggle that middle one off and toggle on the upper one assuming that is correct even with the lowercase h starting the last folder name.

Hi

Never received a response for about a week for ticket: 420619

I have since then started to use HM3, much better outcome than I had fixing HM2 with all of the steps provided. I did send an email with some questions I had, would appreciate if its possible to have a reply back.
