What's up with your EV USD/hour statistic? Seems to be broken

This means I've supposedly played almost 1500 hours of poker, playing 30 hands an hour, since March 6th, over 12 hours a day. Considering I play 3 tables, have a full time job, and girlfriend, I really don't have that much hours!



Also I wish there was a way to look at population stats via just an "Alias All" button or something rather than using notecaddy or messing around in SQL

I can't see that image. Either way I can't test stat/hand bug reports on a screenshot alone in most cases.

Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM2Archive\2016\07\31).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.

We had this request for the HM2 HMQL API:

HM-8260 HMQL API update to work with all players and not just hero

It obviously isn't going to happen in HM2 at this point but it was a fairly popular request and should be easier to implement in HM3 than HM2 would have been. I will add a comment to bump it with our QA/Testing Manager for HM3.


If you want to be notified when it (it's HM3 equivalent) is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-8260Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

trying to locate a chart I made in popup designer to export. I've located all the default popups that exist. Where is the new one I made located?

HM2? Any new popup you created/cloned and gave a unique name should be visible in the master list of popups. I don't remember if new ones go in the list alphabetically or at the bottom.


The actual HM2 {FileName}.pop files for each are located in :\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\C onfig

In HM3 it is going to be linked to the HUD it was created for and would have top be exported first to be used/imported in another HUD.

Hi ... I'm using HM2with a card catcher for BOL.

Having trouble when I multi table because the HUDs move around from player to player. They often stay put on the first table I adjust, but the HUDs on other tables do not line up with the actual players.

Occasionally, the HUDs even on the first table simply shift.

Any suggestions?

The only thing I can suggest is check your alert viewer - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+Viewer+System


Please click on the red/yellow flag icon in the HM2 status bar and check each error message. To solve each problem you will need to click on the blue question mark icon in the Alert Viewer window to be directed to the solution FAQ.

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

Please check this FAQ if your card catcher writes hands to Stars format - - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...For+PokerStars

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

If none of that helps: We can not provide technical help for unsupported sites/networks as we do not design our software to work there or test there with all of the third party tools. If you have any problems with HM2 using third party tools, to use our software with unsupported sites, all support will need to be handled by the third party software's support team.

Are you playing on PokerStars or Full Tilt? They are imposing rules that greatly inhibit how HUDs can work. The changes can be viewed here - https://www.holdemmanager.com/Downlo...de-march-4.pdf

which was discussed in detail in this thread - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/note...new-rules.html - when the rules were originally announced.

These features that will no longer work on the live tables will still work in the replayer for the hands played at Stars and Full Tilt as long as the poker client is closed.

The latest restrictions from the new 04Mar2019 rule change are: 3+ Bet Premium stats, NASH Popups, and TableScanner can't be used on live tables, and the HUD Settings - Tournament Filters - Stack Size filters are not allowed to update automatically.

We have changed other features in HM2 such as the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance > 'Color Ranges' only the first 3 colors/ranges will work on FTP/Stars and Auto Rate features are also not allowed at live tables. Auto Rate icons can still be set manually but we are not allowed to have them auto assign any more at PokerStars or Full Tilt.

HUD no longer works for me on stars zoom on the latest 8635 version. Updated via client, tried re-installing/rebooting and no luck.

Edit: had to rollback, works fine again on 8629

Did you have the new aurora graphics engine enabled or disabled? Try toggling it the other direction with both builds. If aurora is on and you are using 8629 the zoom hud wont work. The zoom HUD should work if aurora is on or off. If it is not, we need logs and pics and hands sent/


IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, rename the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

Fozzy could you just provide me with a quick link to the latest HEM2 version so I could continue grinding on new PC without any problems. i worry that version the official website may not be the latest option.

You can always find the latest beta on our forums in the Releases sub-forum. Here is a direct link to the latest beta with support for Aurora on Zoom tables, etc.


If you want to be sure you always have the latest beta/official release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

same here after update to 8635 version stars zoom not working (regular,mtt table works fine)

Yes, sorry guys. I just found out this morning from a couple of our testers. I am not sure what happened but it is confirmed an issue on our end. The easiest thing to do would be roll back to 8634 or 8629 if you still have in your downloads folder and disable Aurora.

This is a random *.report file corruption that we have never been able to narrow down the cause of.


Close HM2
Please delete everything in:

Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports and \Filters
Windows XP: C:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports and \Filters

Our developers are aware and working on it with the WPN devs. This is completely brand new software with a completely new hand history format and unfortunately we got no advanced notice from WPN that it was coming or that the HH format would be changing. I don't have any sort of ETA as to how long they think it might take.

I have no way to know that, you will need to ask their support/development team. None of the guys on our team use that software because HM3 has it's own IGN Hand Grabber (same one PT is using) being tested internally with HM3.
