Hey there, long time no see antneye!

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HM-8386.

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-8386 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

p.s. This doesn't seem to affect HM3 if you are using the beta of that. If you need instructions for how to sign up for the HM3 beta, or a download link to make sure you have the latest build, shoot me a PM.

Thanks. I'm still alive and kicking, just not posting as much as in the post. I'll check out the beta.

Do you know if I would be able to undo the issue with my Hem 2 database by importing the raw hand histories into Hem 3? That might be enough to get me to play around with the beta.

Yes, it should. That internal developer/bug ticket I mentioned has 3 HH files attached. I tested them in both HM2 and HM3 this morning before II replied to you to be sure HM3 didn't have the problem and all the hands appeared to be categorized properly in the By Stakes Report in HM3 (HM2 is still FUBAR obv).

PM me or use the HM3 Send Feedback system (left sidebar menu or under Help menu) if you have any questions or problems.

HM2? There is a link to roll back in the forum thread for the new beta release, and other threads with older builds, in our Releases Forum.

Fozzy,

Is there a thread or support forum for the HEM 3 beta? I imported my database and a lot of hands errored out. I also have other questions that I do not want to clutter this thread with. I looked on HEM site but did not see anything

No, there are no forums yet for HM3. It is still in private pre-release beta mode and we want all questions, issues, etc sent using our support site or the HM3 Send Feedback system at the bottom of the left side bar menu, or under the Help menu in HM3.

For the HM2 DB import to HM3 issue we are going to need a backup of your HM2 DB for testing to see if we can fix any of the import errors or if they are all valid errors. Screen shots of what you see inHM2 vs HM3 reports will be helpful too.

Please try to create a new database: File - New Database then manually import some hands File - Import Folder - from C:\HM2Archive

If the new database works: Can you please backup your HM2 database/settings as explained here then upload the backup file to to a file hosting site like or dropbox, then right-click - 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into a support ticket email please?

Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link to send us the database backup download link, and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Does HUD still work on Party Poker Fast Forward tables.

I just opened Party for the first time in a few month and HUD is not working, it just says "waiting for hands".

The only recent/new Party FF issue I am aware of is:

HM-8999 PartyPoker FastForward PLO HUD not working

I want to do some bad beat research in my database.

How do I create a report for my results when I'm all in before the river?

Is there a way to create a report for how many times I missed or made a flush draw or open ended straight?

I also wanted to find out whether I'm making or losing money when I 3bet or isolate a limper.

If you have any other ideas or a resource that has a lot of information on creating different types of reports that would be much appreciated. I apologize for what I'm sure are rudimentary questions.

Thank you.

PS if this is the wrong forum just let me know (i.e this is just for technical help)

You can do this in any report with the More Filters menu:

Other Advanced Filters - [x] River = 'River: Allin on River (or earlier)' - '+' 'OK'

There are a variety of filters for these situations in the Hand Value Filters menu.

Basic Filters:
- Common Filters - 3Bet = Yes
- Position And Action - Preflop Action Facing Hero = [x] '1 Limper' - 'OK'

There are likely a number of threads about it across this forum, and I would assume you can find a number of videos on youtube if you do a bit of googling for holdem manager 2, HM2, Filtering, and other keywords related to what you want to filter for.

Hi!

I just downloaded the trial and I can see my tourney hands in the reports but none of my 888 SNAP cash hands are importing . I have tried changing to the proper HH folder and also did it manually but nothing... it says 57 files imported but 0 hands. Why is it only importing the tournies when they are all in the same folder?

This is a known issue if you are playing at 888.it, 888.es or 888.ro:
  • HM-9012 888.ro Pacific Snap hands not importing
  • HM-8980 888.es Pacific Snap hands not importing
  • HM-8995 888.it Blast SNG hands not importing
If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-XXXX Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

If you play at some other skin on the network we need you to send us hands for testing, as these all need to be wrote up individually for each 888.xx skin that has issues.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM2Archive\2016\07\31).

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.

Unfortunately not yet as that 'next HM3 release' took way longer than we had expected and it only got pushed out a couple weeks ago. We also had a number of unexpected client updates from more popular sites during that time that introduced all sorts of HM2 issues for those sites/clients which would have bumped any Cake issues down the list as well.

I just bumped the developer ticket with a comment and also ping'd our QA/Testing Manager in our HM2 group chat to remind him that needs to get moved up the list. Hopefully he can make a little room in the developer queue so one of the guys can finally get on that soon.

HUD stats, Report stats, or both?

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Attach a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue*
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

* All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

You shouldn't use mined/bought hands in a database you play with as none of our supported sites allow that. Make sure you never auto import bulk/old hands, they should only be manually imported.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing, with a link to this thread and your forum name.

I'm wondering what HM2 with some addons can do that PT4 souped up cannot. Looking at the propokerhuds 6max cash hud or getting into HM2. I like drivehud but it's not the same as the other two and directly costs me money at times when mtabling.

I am not sure what you are wanting me to say exactly. PT4 and HM2 do most of the same things, but each has some features the other doesn't. They both have add on HUD/Stat packs and other 3rd party apps. I have never used ProPokerHUDs and have very little experience with PT4 so I don't think I am the right one to ask, whatever it is you are trying to ask.

Sorry, asking here since there is no HEM 3 thread. I am playing around with HEM 3 and liking it but it is a little inconvenient not to have my Notecaddy notes when I am playing. Can you let me know what the plans are for incorporating Notecaddy? Will it be supported? New license needed?
