The HUD should work but it will show stats for Player 1, Player 2, etc instead of Player screen names. We updated HM2 to reset the stats at each new table to 'Session Stats' which uses the HUD Settings > General Settings > HUD Font > 'Alt Background' color so you will know they are session stats and not lifetime stats. If you do not want the HUD background to be red change the 'Alt background' color by clicking it with your left mouse button and using the color picker.

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Correct. We don't show lifetime stats for this site/game because they would be inaccurate. Lifetime HUD stats for Player 1 would be for every player that you ever played in that particular player/seat number. HM2 has no way to know what player is in that seat. You can see the player name at the table but HM2 can't, it can only import hand history files and those files dont have player names, just numbers.

Hey guys, I can't seem to find a solution to my issue; apologies if I sucked at the search function. Also unsure if it's HM2 or the Bet Online Card Catcher.

While playing cash on BoL, the HUD doesn't pop up. When I click on 'Table Finder' under Active Sessions, no active session shows in this pop up window. When I click on Site Setup, I have 3 separate auto import folders for iPoker. 1 seems fine, the bottom 2 are both under this HM2 message: "The following folders have not been tagged to a poker site and may contain ADDITIONAL iPoker hands. Click Edit to match unassigned hand history folders to poker site." I changed the location of these to match the BoL card catcher hh directory, but no HUD. I haven't this issue while playing mtts. I've only played a few min of cash before this, so I can't say if it's done this in the past. I can attempt to see if the hud works fine in a sng or $1 mtt at some point if you need.

Thanks Fozzy. Didn't notice a red flag pop up. Under the active sessions tab, HM2 shows no tables detected while playing cash. While playing a hyper sng, HM2 shows a table detected, although it still doesn't show a session under the Table Finder menu. IYO, most likely an issue with 3rd party software? I've sent them an email describing all of the above as well.

I have no way to know. I have never installed, used, or played at BOL because HM2 doesn't support it. Contact the BOL grabber/converter support if you have problems with their software.

Hi,

I am facing couple of issues with HM2. Listing the same below in reference to the attached image. Can you please help me with the same.
1. The graph for the current session is too small in size and i can't make out much out of it. How can I expand that graph?
2. The refresh button is disabled. Is there something i need to enable this?

1 - This is controlled by the height of the program. What size and resolution is your monitor, and was that a full screen look at HM2? If you can resize HM2 (hover mouse at top or bottom edge until you see a 2 way arrow, then hold left mouse button and drag) taller it will help.



You can also close that TableNinja message and triple left-click the 'Active Session' text at the top to minimize the ribbon menu.


2 - Does it help you disable the Options > Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous > [ ] 'Automatically Refresh' option and restart HM2?

Reminder: This will only filter against the selected player/alias. If you want to be able to see when anyone does this, like you originally asked, you need to create an alias every player in your whole database. This is not something we officially support but we can give you some instructions/links if you want them to learn how to do this at your own risk.


Reports - More Filters:
- Basic Filters - Position and Action - Preflop Action Facing Hero = [x] 2 Raisers
- Advanced Action Filters - [x] Filter by Preflop Actions - [x] Call = click 'Call' at the top of the list
- Click the 'OK' button






Here is one of the 2 hands it returned for me on a 6.2k hand test sample:

    Hi Fozzy,

    Around 2 weeks I loaded HM2 for 2/3 times and 2 times it dl new update. Yesterday it dl new update, played a little and all was ok. Today when I try to open HM2 (of course running it like admin) it loads but the window do not appear. Tried to restart the Windows 10, to run HM2 from the folder and it is still the same. When I run other programs like bsplayer or PokerStars, it appears and all is good. Tried to search the net for solution, but for around 10 min did not manage to find something useful.

    I take a pic of the situation and it appears 2 screen shots with HM2 on the empty desktop. It looks like my laptop manually change Multiple displays option from "show only 2" (my monitor) to "Duplicate" LUL that

    I don't see any images attached but it sounds like you/something changed your display settings and HM2 is running but being displayed off the monitor in some negative pixel space.

    If you continue to have problems:


    If you want to reset the HM2 to default size/position:

    - Close HM2
    - Open your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager in a text editor.
    - If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'holdemmanager'.
    - If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+
    - Look for the 'WindowStates' section and delete this line, which should not have any name between the first two quotation marks, in that section:

    It feels like i've less hands on some players after setting up the date-range filter for 2019 only.

    No, the HUD can only be filtered or edited in the various HUD Settings sub-menus. Are you using any customized HUD/Tournament filters?

    Make sure the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > [ ] 'Use session stats' is disabled. Also check the Table HUD Options to be sure it is set to All Hands and not Session Stats.

    - HUD Settings > HUD Filters should all be set to '2 to 10' and make sure that both check box options under Filter by limits are checked [x].

    - HUD Settings > HUD Filters > Filter by date / numer of hands > 'Include hands newer than X months old' should be set to 120 and 'Use last X hands' should be set to 0.

    - HUD Settings > Tournament Filters are all set to '1 to 81+'. Changing these filters to anything other than their default settings will make the HUD Stats change drastically based on the number of players at the table and/or their stack sizes in tournaments.

    If that doesn't fix the issues, please reproduce the problem and attach a screen shot - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...re-screenshots - showing the HUD, the Report for one of the selected players with the problems, and pictures of the HUD Filters and Tournament Filters and attach a log file as explained in this FAQ.

    Thanks, Fozzy. This helped partly. The graph is much better now (resolution i am on is 1920x1080. The refresh button is enabled now, but even when i click it the session score doesn't refresh. Instead what works for me is changing the game type between "All Games" and "Holdem No Limit". When i do this the score gets refreshed. Is there anything else i need to do with the refresh button to make it work?

    Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.
