Those videos are all a year+ old and we are in the process of redoing many of them for the upcoming HM3 release. That being said, it should be the same now I believe. Just make sure you have actually selected a Stat and not a Text Group:

What 'Group Item' did you have selected when you took that screen shot?

to take some stress of the cpu when having a lot of tables and HUD's i think i remember that in hem1 you could adjust the refresh rate of the hud (ie above a certain amount of hands the hud wont refresh every single hand but every other 5 hands for instance)

i think this is very useful but i couldnt find it in hem2. Is it still there? is it in hem3?

Hi there,

where can i find the "TOTAL Fold to Cbet Flop in a 3Bet Pot" Stat in the HUD Designer?

I am currently using the "Cbet-Fold 3BetPot" stats for Flop/Turn/River, but it seems like, those aren't the correct ones.

Is there another specific stat for that?

I don't recall any such feature in HM1 and HM2/3 definitely do not have such a feature. If you are having performance problems with HM2 or HM3 please create a support ticket via the 'Send Feedback' system in HM2/3 with a detailed description of the problem and your log file.

The stat you are using is for situations where you/they 'CBet the Flop in a 3Bet Pot, and fold when the CBet gets raised'. The stat you want is in the 'vs Continuation Bet' category named 'Flop Fold to CB - 3BetPot'.

Those 218 hands are for all positions. The 10.4% stat you mention was for the BB only as you were on the position report. The number of returned hands seems small though. If you have further questions about this can you send the pics/filters and questions in a support ticket via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

888.com or 888.se? The new .se client is not yet supported in HM2 but it is in HM3.

Hi it has been working fine and then today after they have updated their software with the new tables etc it has stopped working. I can use table finder if i have a table open on Stars etc and then it will work but it isnt auto detecting the tables.

Playing in the UK if that helps.

Make sure you are not using their new aurora theme or their new seasonal themes or the new graphical display engine options.

Hello,
My Hud doesn't appear on Fastfoward table on PartyPoker website. I have updated to the latest version and try all the recommendations for the fastfoward table but the Hud doesn't show up.
It says : "Waiting for hands.." on the top but it stay like this and i cannot get the HUD. What can I do please?
For the normal CG tables, I have session stats which appears with name of player1,2,3. Is that normal too?

This beta update has fixes in place for the new FastForward table names at PartyPoker.com and the new table layout at BWIN.

Please update to the latest beta version.

That is by design now that they don't write actual player names tot he hand history files. Please see this page on their site.

The HUD should work but it will show stats for Player 1, Player 2, etc instead of Player screen names. We updated HM2 to reset the stats at each new table to 'Session Stats' which uses the HUD Settings > General Settings > HUD Font > 'Alt Background' color so you will know they are session stats and not lifetime stats. If you do not want the HUD background to be red change the 'Alt background' color by clicking it with your left mouse button and using the color picker.

Shut it down manually from your Windows Task Manager then send the \HM2Logs files as instructed at the end of my previous reply. We need to see the log files to know what might be causing it and how to fix it. It could be a number of different things.

There are other files in that hm2logs folder we need to see. It is much easier to handle these issues if you send the bug report/logs in a support ticket.


Please try a clean install of HM2. This will preserve your database and backup your HUD and settings.

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK

Step 1 – Restore Default Settings:
First try restoring your default settings, often some settings files can become corrupt and cause these issues.

Step 2 – Uninstall and reinstall HM2 with Revo uninstaller:
Other times critical system files may not have been installed on previous updates and it can also cause these types of errors or in some cases antiviruses may have removed files that it mistook for unsafe. Doing a revo uninstall also removes old registry file information which might have become corrupt. You can download the free version here and there is a useful tutorial how to use it here.

Uninstall Holdem Manager 2 via Revo unistaller and then reinstall this version.

Please add this file to your firewall and antivirus exceptions and run it as Administrator.

Step 3 – Follow the steps in this FAQ.

Step 4: If the default settings work, please use the FAQ in step 1 to restore your settings and test them. If the problems then return you will need to reset your settings to default again and use those going forward.

If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel > System & Security > Administrative Tools or Start > Search > 'Event Viewer') > Windows Logs > Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
- Please send your \HM2Logs folder files as well.


When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click > 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com

I would focus on the most basic/common of stats that you see in the various default HUD/Report stats. The 4 most common would probably be VPIP, PFR, Agg and 3Bet.

No. The HM3 beta you get when you sign up is quite old. If you want a newer update use the send feedback system and request the latest build. NoteCaddy is close to ready but probably won't be enabled in HM3 until some time after our upcoming throttled release.

Thanks, I understand VPIP/PFR and 3Bet.. still confuse on how to use Agg properly, do you have a link or any blog post on how to use this stats right?

Note: That is an RU thread so you may have to use Chrome and right-click - 'Translate to English' or your native language. The person that wrote that post is actually Slovenian but I think he had one of our RU techs translate the post before posting it. He is also our QA/Testing Manager and resident stats expert.


You can also do some basic google searches for this, or any other, stat you want to learn more about like this. The first link should be a good starting place but google usually does a good job with the first page results if you search properly.

lately hem2 slower than ever before.. loading hud settings might freeze the thing, and playing with 9 huds has gotten a nightmare
holdemmanager.exe (which i always have minimized while playing) and hudfunc are always at the top of the cpu-users with high %

how can i get hem fast again? would a reinstall of hem or postgres do something?
i already tried making fresh db's, vacuuming, optimizing, tuning etc
