This is most likely due to missing Windows Time Zones. Please see this FAQ and restore them all back:

Does HM2 or 3 support hands from the RunItOnce Poker beta?

in holdemmanager 2 i have the players name in the HUD
i can choose 0 1 or 2 decimals which means show full name, 8 letters or 4 letters.

But even 4 makes the hud quite big, is there any way that i can show only the first 2 letters?
If its not possible in the holdem manager software itself, could it be possible by changing a '4' into a '2' in a config file?

if thats not possible either, is there an option holdem manager 2 will make this possible in a next update? it doesnt seem like a hard thing to implement and it will help me a lot with my hud.

I'm playing zoom cash games on Pokerstars. On HEM1 I used to just right click a hand and copy to clipboard but the equivalent on HEM2 doesn't seem to work.

I am looking into it now with some other testers. It appears to be affecting multiple sites for me so our developers will have to investigate.

For now you will want to use the Right-Click > View option instead and use the icons at the bottom right corner of the HM2 Hand History Viewer to 'Copy hand to clipboard in 'Two Plus Two (2+2)' format'. Then you can paste that directly from your Windows Clipboard into the 2+2 reply editor with Ctrl+V like this:

Hi guys , is anyone can help to solve the problem ? My holdem manager hud start blinking on the zoom tables . I Try to reinstal the stars , the holdem manager , .net framekwork to change my screen resolution and nothing help �� . I`m with windows 10 .

We need to see your log files.*

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, rename the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ.

Hello HEM rep,

I am back playing some ZOOM on stars after being absent for over 3 years. How can i make my hm2 to run? Also what do i need to do in the stars softwear to store hhs and stuff? Sorry for noob question, it has been very long.

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.


Make sure you are saving your hand history files and that HM2 is auto importing those hands - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...er+Stars+Setup

If you have more than one PokerStars client installed you need to make sure they are all configured to save the hand history files to the same folder. If you have some clients installed you don't use any more you should uninstall them and delete the associated C:\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders.

If you continue to have problems: Try creating a new folder on your computer such as C:\StarsHands and C:\StarsTourneys then setup PokerStars to save the hands/results here in their Options > Instant Hand History menu and setup HM2 to Auto Import from here in the Options > Site Setup menu. Make sure you delete all the unused auto import folders for the site's default hand history path.

I have stats colour co-ordinated. however on pokerstars they come up as all white any ideas why

They are imposing rules that greatly inhibit how HUDs can work. The changes were described by Amaya a few months ago and can be viewed here - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...ence-guide.pdf

These features that will no longer work on the live tables will still work in the replayer for the hands played at Stars and Full Tilt as long as the poker client is closed.

We have changed other features in HM2 such as the HUD Settings > Stat Appearance > 'Color Ranges' only the first 3 colors/ranges will work on FTP/Stars and Auto Rate features are also not allowed at live tables. Auto Rate icons can still be set manually but we are not allowed to have them auto assign any more at PokerStars or Full Tilt.

havent used hm2 for a while but wanted to but i got a popup i need to reenter my hm2 code so i did. got this error msg:

my pc is connected to the internet. what can i do? is this from your technical part?

We migrated our servers a couple months ago and it caused all of our XP users to have registration problems. We had to update HM2 to address this issue. This HM2 update required a lot of our non-XP users to have to update VC++ 2013 to solve the licensing server connection issues.


Install VC++ 2013 from this link. If you have 64 Bit Windows you have to install vcredist_x64.exe and if you have 32 Bit Windows you have to install vcredist_x86.exe. You can check your Windows Control Panel System details if you are not sure which version of Windows you use.

Please let us know if that solves the problem for you.

very weird that i wasn't able to find it by myself but i have a few quesiton

in HM3, how can i

- hide hero hud
- hide table hud (the thing that shows last winners)
- move a hud box for a specific player. move anything for that matter.

Open the HUD - HUD Editor and choose the 'Profile:' you want to customize from the drop-down menu. Select the group = Default and under Group Properties - 'Name' set it to 'Everyone but hero' as shown in this image - https://www.dropbox.com/s/k9dz94kho4...tHero.png?dl=0

If your HUD has multiple 'Groups' you will want to repeat the process above for all of the other groups in the HUD.



Open the HUD - HUD Editor and choose the 'Profile:' you want to customize from the drop-down menu. Select the group = 'TableAverages' then click the 'Delete' button above it if you don't want to see table averages or recent winners. If you want to get rid of recent winners and keep the table avg stats just right click and 'Delete Item' on the Recent WInner stats.




By default the HUD components placed on the table are locked in position to avoid accidentally moving the HUD while playing. To move the HUD component boxes to new locations on the table:

Hold the Control key and left mouse button while dragging the HUD components to the new location.

Once they are positioned how you want them you will want to click the HM3 Table 'HUD' icon and 'Save Layout' or 'Lock & Save Layout'.

You can alternatively click the HM3 'HUD' icon and Unlock the HUD to move HUD groups around on the table without the need to hold the control key. This also applies to moving the HM3 Table 'HUD' icon - hold the modifier key to drag it; and also applies when moving mucked cards and board cards. To see the position of all mucked cards, use the HM3 Table 'HUD' icon to enable "Configure Mucked Cards".

As long as one can make it non-locked as a default. Compared to the times one has moved them accidentally, it is less trouble than needing to unlock (and lock) them every time one is moving them. That would drive one completely insane.

Once you unlock them they stay unlocked. That is how I leave mine personally but the developers configured it to be locked when first installed.

I'm playing on a site that is tracking the $icm diff and is displaying the show all in ev when clicking the results graph, however when clicking the tournament winnings graph will not display the luck adjusted winnings. Any reason why this could be occurring?

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click - send to - compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. Hey, when i filter for a specific spot/stat and it says pop is betting 80% here how do i figure out which combos of that 80% is there a way to look at the individual combos of a specific stat is what im asking
