You would just import the hands from C:\HM2Archive to PT4 via the 'Play Poker' tab with the 'Get Hands From Disk' button. I am not aware of any other way but I don't use PT4 often so you may want to ask them directly if you have further questions.

Because of a Juicy Stakes Poker update, I've been waiting for the HM2 update that will allow me to use a HUD on that site. Today I opened JSP and they have a new update. Does that affect my situation?

An update from them isn't likely to fix anything for you. I just downloaded the update and tested and the HUD still doesn't work (hands do import). I left a note on HM-8966 but never got a reply so I just pinged the QA/Testing Manager directly to ask him to try and get this in front of a developer for our next beta update.

So the issue for Intertops still hasn't been fixed? Are they even aware of the issue?

It is something we need to fix on our end in HM2. They made a change in their software that broke our HUD on the Horizon network sites. Unfortunately most sites don't let us know in advance before they make these types of changes so we have to react after the fact. I bumped the issue again with our QA/Testing Manager so hopefully he can find room in the developer's schedules to get it looked at soon finally.

Im having issues with my HM2 lagging/slow response whenever i click anywhere in the database.

I'm on version 2.0.0.8079, one of the older versions mainly because of me playing on ignition so i won't be able to upgrade unfortunately, any ideas on how to not have HM2 lagg?

Check these FAQs I searched out on our site. If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Id like to find out my biggest losing day in big blinds, is this possible?

I went to the 'sessions - day' tab, but couldnt find a stat to replace 'net won - usd' with something for winnings in BB

This isn't possible in HM2 but it is in HM3 Beta. It is one of the new stats we added in HM3 that was missing in HM2.

HEM is taking up over 50% when I open task manager and sounds as if my computer is about to lift off half the time. I am getting the "low disk space" flag even when I have 13g left in C drive. I am unable to free up any space in C drive and have followed all the steps to check. Can I move HEM to another drive with more space? or is something else causing this?

We recommend you maintain more than 20% free space on your system drive. Please see this FAQ to clear up some more free space - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+of+Disk+Space


Moving HM2 won't likely save much space but moving postgresql will, though it can cause performance issues if moving it from a SSD to a HDD.

Is there anyone who can help me with the right stat numbers in my HUD for Holdemmanager?

I want to know what the right range is for example your VPIP.
What range is a tight range? Between what range is a solid player?
between what range is a loose agressive player?

Is there a list for all the stats? I cant find it anywhere.

I'm a beginner and want to start with the micro stakes (5NL - 50NL)
6max or 9 max NLH cashgame.
Also want to play FO tournaments.

Ideal stat ranges will vary from game type to game type, and from stake to stake. The best thing to do is ask in the 2+2 sub-forums for each game type at the stakes you play, and/or you can check our HUD repository by game type and download some HUDs and see how others assigned color ranges.

30 minutes is the default session timeout value. In HM2 it can be changed in the Options - Settings - General Settings - 'Time' section. In HM3 it is not possible to edit this session timeout value yet.

Install VC++ 2013 from this link. Please let us know if that solves the problem for you.

If you continue to have problems:

If none of that helps please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Once you have collected/sent the logs roll back to v8536 from this link until we have a chance to review your logs.

I have a big problem. I play on two online sites and I have problems playing on either of them.

I'm not playing on Juicy Stakes Poker because I'm waiting for an update from Holdem Manager that will allow me to use a HUD on that. That's the smaller of the two problems as I should be able to play with no problem eventually.

The big problem is that I also want to play on Americas Cardroom, and that's a mess, partly because of an emergency support session (I think that's the right term) where the support guy fixed nothing and made it even more confusing.

When I open Holdem Manager, in the upper left corner it shows my site as Cake Poker (Juicy Stakes Poker) but I can't change it. HM2 shows that I am tracking both sites, but I can't change the display to show that I'm playing on Juicy Stakes Poker.

I played a test freeroll on Americas Cardroom yesterday and the HUD worked, but the HM2 display still showed that I was playing on Cake Poker, so I don't really know where those hands are stored.

When the support person was trying to fix that, he also did a lot of other things while I watched on Teamviewer. There was very little communication and he did things that I didn't ask or want him to do. I didn't question any of it because I didn't know what to ask.

He added a new database called Newbase and he was moving other database icons around. He changed the statistics that I was using and, I guess, he put in the stats that he thought were more important that the ones I chose. For example, he deleted my 3-bet stats and gave me an aggression factor stat, which I have never used. He was jumping all over the page moving and changing things and I had no idea what was going on. I can fix the stats but it's certainly annoying that he changed them.

He was not able to do anything about which site HM2 showed as active, but at least I got my $60 back. I have tried to do it myself. I googled "site-setup" and could not find any videos that showed how to set up two sites. The HM2 site setup video shows only one site as well.

It seems that both sites are tracking, but I'm not sure where the hands are winding up, or how reliable my HUD numbers are. Many years ago I tracked two sites and I don't remember any problems like this. I have no idea what is different, or what I might be doing wrong.

I don't really understand the relationship between the poker sites, databases and HUDs. If there is somewhere I could go to do some reading on how it all works together then maybe I could fix it. I have no clue what I'm doing and I have no idea which hands from which site(s) are supposed to go to "Newbase."

Any advice or help is appreciated.

If your WPN/ACR hands are importing and the HUD is working all you should need to do is change the current player in the hero menu from the Juicy scree name to your ACR screen name, or create an alias to combine the two.

I answered this for you the other day. It is not something I can answer and I am not sure if anyone else in the thread can either. It is something better asked in a strategy forum, not a technical support thread.

If you can't find a HUD in our repository that you want to use that is fully colored for your stats then you should ask in the appropriate poker strategy sub-forum for your stakes - https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/7...ldem-strategy/


If you do ask for help in one of those forums make sure you include all of your stats in the post so they know what stats you have in your HUD that you need to color range.

For the HUD? Or for the main User Interface? There is an option for the HUD in the HUD Settings but there is no way to edit it for the main UI other than adjusting the DPI Scaling via Windows but that would affect the HUD and other programs as well but you can disable High DPI Scaling on a per application basis.


1. Make sure the program is closed and right-click on the shortcut icon for the client.
2. Select "Properties" on the menu that pops up.
3. Go to the "Compatibility" tab.
4. Under Settings, put a check in the box labeled "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings."
5. Use the "Apply" button to save this information.
