These stats are not included in HM2. They could probably be created in NoteCaddy Premium if you have a license for that but you would need to ask the NC developer/support to be sure they can be created and how.


These stats are possible in HM3 Beta as each HUD stat has a Item Property > Position modifier. You can add the W$WSF stat and set the position to SB, and add the Flop CBET OOP% stat and set the position to BB.

Thanks Fozzy, I used that filter to find every hand I played vs that player. Is there a way to filter out every hand in the sample (I have 129 sample on this guy) and I got 17 hands from this filter.

You want to review all 129 hands he played instead of only the 17 you two were involved in together? Just use the Overall report and select him as the active player in the Hero menu.

thank you! i crossposted link at purpose, thought that minimizes work for you guys. wont do it again!

the "marking" of "session by table" solved it for me. only thing missing now is a way to make only unmarked hands visible in the "session by table" window. now i have to click table per table to mark, and this takes a while. filtering for unmarked would be great.

The only report where you can filter for 'unmarked' hands is the More Reports > 'By HandMarking' report. The top of the report will organize hands by all of your marks/tags and an 'Unmarked' tag. You could then maybe use some of the other filters like the Date Range and/or Game Type filters to further filter for 'Unmarked' hands that you want to add one of your custom game type marks to.

made a fresh new db because my old one got very slow

but somehow hands are importing at 20 hands/second where i believe this was 4 or 5 times as much before
i also tried to delete the old db but i always get the message that i cant delete it because its active somewhere else
both even though im doing anything else on the pc and have nothing open

what can cause this?

What are you importing? Your entire C:\HM2Archive folder of all hands/files? Try importing smaller batches such as C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\2018 and see if it imports faster.


To be able to delete that old database you will probably have to reboot your computer and then try to delete it again.

Is it possible to get MTT tournament stats in a pop up on the table in HEM? The sort of info that you usually have to go to the lobby for.

Something like: Tourney Buyin, Prize Pool, Current Position (ie 17/231/4500), ITM (451), Next prize jump (225) Current Prize $xxx, Top Prize $xxxx

Am sure Ive seen this on someones HUD recently but dont know which software and how to recreate it

the following happened to me before while playing but this time only after a couple of hands. i was playing 3 zoom tables and then the hud didnt refresh anymore. so the hudboxes near the player isnt corresponding with the right player but is from 10 rounds ago...
i tried stopping the hud and starting it again but it didnt work.
is this a known issue and is there a way to avoid (or limit the chances) of this happening?
does it by any chance make a difference in the way i start the programs i use (holdem manager, pokerstars & table optimizer)?

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, rename the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems please tell us which ps.xx skin you play on, what the client/server version numbers are, and send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the Zoom setup FAQ in the link above.

The issue is that for players on WPN who are playing around or after midnight there isn't much action and players might play SNGs as well as an MTT between something like 2200-0400. If my stats on Fozzy71 are a mix of STT and MTT stats it can be very misleading when I want to know how he plays STTs.

Fozzy:*There are no HUD/Tournament Filters settings to do what you want either. It was requested some years ago but it is unlikely to be added to HM2 since there is only one player on that ticket. I have a feeling many customers would like it, and likely asked about it but never got added to the ticket, so I will bump the ticket for possible consideration in HM3 with management.

Any updates on this?

There has been no update on this issue/ticket (HM-7377) and it was closed for HM2 as 'won't fix'. If more HM3 customers request it in the future we may reconsider trying to incorporate it but at this time it is not possible in HM2 or HM3.

If you made sure to close HM2, and check the task manager to be sure it was completely shut down, then delete all the files from the \reports and \filters folders that should solve it. Once those corrupt files are deleted and you restart HM2 it will repopulate those folders with the default reports and filters.


Here is another way you can try and solve it:

1) Start HM2 and Export any custom HUD configs.

2) Close HM2.

3) Please create a backup of your settings and reset your settings as explained here.

4) Restart HM2

5) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and double check your auto import and archive folders.

If that did not solve your problems you can restore all of your original settings using the Utilities menu as explained in step 3 of the above FAQ and send us a set of logs. Please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

When is HEM3 finally coming out? I am using it but so many stats are missing, it also asks to send some bug report from time to time.

Anytime soon or should we stick with HEM2 for now?

We hope to have a public beta out in the next few few months if all goes well. I can't give an exact date yet.

Please use the Send Feedback system to let us know of any stats you feel are missing. Most of the HM2 stats should be there but some were renamed and we removed all the position specific stats and added a position item property for each stat to make the stats list easier to browse/search.

We haven't pushed a new beta version to all testers in quite a few months because we are working on a lot of the back end server code and want to be sure everything is OK before we update everyone. Anyone that reports an issue gets a reply with a link to the new version so we can see if it solves their issue, and check for any regressions/issues in the newer builds, before we make it live to all users in the private beta test group.

I have been replying to your version 5345 crash log tickets you send asking you to update to a version 59xx but you apparently haven't seen them yet (I replied to one yesterday afternoon in fact). Please check your junk/spam inboxes for my replies to the crash reports you sent (and white list our email address so they show up in your inbox instead) so you can update to a newer version that should be more stable.

If you can't find the replies please PM me on my personal account and I will give you the update instructions/link via PM.

Table HUD Stats only show on live tables, not on the replayer.


Click an empty space on the HUD panel where there is no stat. If you have the HUD Settings - General Settings - Advanced Settings > [ ] 'Click for stat popup' toggled off you can click most anywhere on the HUD panel but if it is toggled on then you have to click in some of the black background of the panel.
