No. There are third party hand catchers that will convert the hands to a supported site format so they can be imported and then place a HUD on the tables though. The most popular one is probably from ace poker solutions.

I have a problem that started recently.

I play zoom on stars, and hud works perfect until I get to the table with few specific players that I have bigger sample. TBH I do not even think it's the sample issue as it doesn't happen to every and I believe it mostly happens with players that at some point I used as Hero in HM2.

What happens is that hud change seats once I'm at the table with these players.
I have turned on "hide hero hud" and once that is turned on it doesn't show their hud. If I have it turned on it shows and I see that their hud is swapped with my, so in some way it register like they are still setup as hero in hm2.
I cleared account (hero) list, but no help. Also maintained db and everythink works great until I'm matched with those players on the table.

What should I do?

Did you ever buy mined hands or share hands from/with these players? This problem can be caused if you are sharing hands which is against the rules at all of the sites we support. We generally will not provide tech support for problems caused by sharing hands or importing purchased hands as we can't be seen to condone this behavior that the sites we support do not allow. If your poker site finds out you are using hands in your database you did not play in you run the risk of having your poker account closed and funds confiscated.

I would suggest that you start a new database and only import your own original hand histories without any of the hands they shared with you - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands

Because you imported their hands, which have their hole cards for every single one of their hands in your database, HM2 thinks they are a hero and as such treats them as a hero when you encounter them at a table. This means it is going to show their session stats in the HUD instead of their lifetime HUD.

For the opponents it should show their lifetime history as long as HM2 doesn't think they are a hero. For you, and anyone else that HM2 thinks is a hero because you imported all of their original hand histories instead of just the hands you previously played against them, it will only show their session stats or no stats at all.

You can try to fix this manually as explained below but this is for advanced users only, incorrect edits can corrupt your database permanently!

First you need to access your database in pgadmin and open a SQL window

start > programs > postgresql > pgadmin > connect to the sql server > then connect to the database

tools > query tools > clear the text in the SQL Editor window

1)

Code:
select * from players where optimizationstatus != 0
Click the 'Play' button to 'Execute Query'

This will show all the players marked as hero's. They should note the ID of the player that they want to un-make as a hero then

2)

Code:
update players set optimizationstatus = 0 where player_id = {player_id of player}
Click the 'Play' button to 'Execute Query'

so for example,

Code:
update players set optimizationstatus = 0 where player_id = 1232
Once that is done launch HM2 and that player won't be a hero and other players moved against that player will not count towards vs hero stats. No need to reimport DB or anything after that. If you keep on sharing hands like this then you will need to update this again before playing.

It not loading and it loading but being off the monitor display are two different things. If you have Windows 7 or higher and Aero (DWM) is enabled you should see a 'peek' of what is opened for HM2 if you hover your mousue over the HM2 task bar icon like this:

The first link in my previous reply will explain how to move it mack on to the display if it is actually opened. If you can't see it when hovering over the icon, or can't get it back on to your screen using those various methods, please send us your logs and a description of the problem and what you have tried to solve it so far so we can send you some other suggestions on a possible fix.

Lately i noticed that whenever i start HEM2, it either takes a very long time to load... or it doesn't load and i have to close the program. Then whenever i do this, i almost always get the error when i click on Hem2, an instance of holdem manager is running. Whenever this happens, i have to restart computer every single time. How do i fix this issue? Also i mentioned before that i never vacuumed my holdem manager 2 ever, thus i have lot of hands.

Can you give me the link on how to do this? Also in general how long does it take and when you do it, do you make sure you are not doing anything else on the computer? How do i see how big my holdem manager 2 file is so i can tell you how much mb it is... then you could probably estimate how long it take to vacuum? Also when you vacuum it, does that means the hud stats you have on players from a long time ago is no longer there? Thus instead of having say 3k hands on someone, its now a few hundred? Im talking about tournament and sng only mostly. I have noticed that with certain players who i played a lot with, they only show a few hundred hands when it is much more than that. Could you explain this?

Also what gets deleted when you vacuum it? Do you still have your overall tab and all the tournament and sng you played?

Should i go to

And download the holdem manager 2 updates? That way, maybe it resolves the issues? Sometimes when i click on hem2, nothing shows up. Then i have to reset computer.

That depends on your database size, computer specs (CPU, RAM and type/speed of system drive) and how long it has been since your last vacuum. I have no way to estimate how long it would take.

Open the Database Manager and you can see the size of the database though that only counts one of the 2 database directories as HM2 stores part of the database in the postgresql directory and another part of it in the Users directory.

No, it doesn't remove any data from the database, reports or the HUD. It simply compacts the database to reclaim wasted space and improve performance.

Are you using any customized HUD/Tournament filters?

Make sure the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > [ ] 'Use session stats' is disabled. Also check the Table HUD Options to be sure it is set to All Hands and not Session Stats.

- HUD Settings > HUD Filters should all be set to '2 to 10' and make sure that both check box options under Filter by limits are checked [x].

- HUD Settings > HUD Filters > Filter by date / numer of hands > 'Include hands newer than X months old' should be set to 120 and 'Use last X hands' should be set to 0.

- HUD Settings > Tournament Filters are all set to '1 to 81+'. Changing these filters to anything other than their default settings will make the HUD Stats change drastically based on the number of players at the table and/or their stack sizes in tournaments.

If that doesn't fix the issues, please reproduce the problem and attach a screen shot - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...re-screenshots - showing the HUD, the Report for one of the selected players with the problems, and pictures of the HUD Filters and Tournament Filters and attach a log file as explained in this FAQ.

Nothing gets deleted from the database. It will not affect any of the reports or HUD stats.

I can't know what is causing it without seeing the logs that I keep asking for. Did you send logs like I asked when you sent the screen shots? Please post your support ticket number here so I can review what you sent and what we replied with.

There is only one other thing I can think to suggest without seeing the logs:

Please make a backup of your settings and reset them as described here.

If that does not solve your problems please close HM2 and try to copy all files/folders EXCEPT FOR \Database and NoteCaddyDefinitions from C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager* to a new \Desktop folder. This will cause you to lose all of your settings but it will hopefully solve the problem.

*If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Hi, for some time now when I'm in the middle of a session on Ignition my hands played during active session will not update. And the only way for profit to update is to tab out of active session and back in. Anyway to fix this? I use catcher to import the hands.

That is most likely because the Site Time Adjustment is incorrect: Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

If you continue to have problems: We can not provide technical help for unsupported sites/networks as we do not design our software to work there or test there with all of the third party tools. I downgraded to version 2.0.0.8079, and now the reports tab won't load for any of my aliases.

All the other tabs are working fine.

Is this a known issue or possibly a user error by me?

Thanks.

It doesn't sound familiar but we don't generally provide support for old builds, just the newest builds/versions. Did you try updating again to the latest version and have the same problem? If so, it is probably corrupt report file or corrupt database:

Close HM2
Please delete everything in:

Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports and \Filters
Windows XP: C:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports and \Filters

Showing hidden files: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...in+Windows%3F+
Restart HM2 and the issue should be resolved.

If you continue to have problems:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...y+played+hands

I've been running HM2 and HM3 side by side for most of the year with no issues so I can't see why it would be a problem with PT4.

Did hand imports from HM2 so I guess it'll be fine with PT4 too
