When i change my alias on Microgaming is it possible to merge results in hm2 for old and

new alias?I use older hm2 version.

Here is a FAQ for importing hands from PT4 to HM2. I don't know if PT4 has a similar guide but here is their general importing hands guide. All original hands that are auto-imported to HM2 get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

An alias in HM2 terms is a combination of multiple screen names. Create an alias in HM2 if you don't already have one then add your previous and new Microgaming screen name(s) to the alias. Then switch the active player in HM2 from the screen name to the alias to see all your screen names combined.

Hello guys. Couple of month back I bought a super computer for 7k$, but I have big issues getting HM2 to run smoothly while im playing. I get mini laggs all the time, and sometimes it even freezes up to 3-4 seconds, it's a huge pain to play with and also play hands much slower.

I have tried to follow 10+ guides on how to optimize my Windows 10/Hardware and watched a ton of HM2 videos to fix the issue, but nothing helps. In addition I deleted 3/4 of my hands in the database and did maintaince work etc, but nothing works. I still lagg big time. When I close HM2, I can play without lagg, so I guess is has something to do with HM2.

NoteCaddy is not running while I’m playing and I have only PS and HM2 running as the only programs.

If someone can help me out, I’m willing to pay for the help if you’re some kind of computer/HM2 expert. PM me and I can ship my skype if you think you can help.

Have you sent us log files recently after duplicating these issues?

Please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing. Make sure you also copy/quote everything you wrote here so we will know you have already tried the suggestions from our FAQs so we don't send you the basic steps we would if it was someone contacting us for the first time with these issues.

hi,
i notice when i play zoom that 95% of the time the hud boxes are from the current round like it should
but i have noticed times that the hud boxes are from the previous round or something and it shows all wrong stats by the players which ofc i dont want.
what could the problem be? is this known to happen occasionally?

It is impossible for me to say without seeing the logs we request on our zoom FAQ.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, rename the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems please tell us which ps.xx skin you play on, what the client/server version numbers are, and send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the Zoom setup FAQ in the link above.

New to the whole HM2 world here so forgive me if this is something that has been addressed before, but all of my tournament buy-ins are wrong for all of the hand histories that were automatically imported. All of the cash game stakes were correct. Basically everything is right in cash games and tournaments except for the stakes in my tournament section. Am I missing something here? Thank you in advance.

Which site or sites are you experiencing this issue with?

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us, with a link to this thread and your forum name, using the 'Contact Support' link.

Right-Click any hand(s) in any report and choose the 'Delete' option.

I'm considering buying notecaddy. Will notecaddy be supported by HM3. Am I best off waiting to purchase notecaddy after HM3?
Is there any discounts for notecaddy?
Also is there an app for apple for HM hand uploads?

Yes, we are working on NoteCaddy support in HM3.

No decision has been made yet about HM Apps licensing for HM3 except for LeakBuster which will not be a part of HM3. HM3 will have a new feature called 'Leakonomics', once ready, to try and replace some of those missing LeakBuster features.

There are no discounts for any of the HM2 apps at this time that I am aware of, other than participating in our Get It Free program to earn store credit.

There are no mobile apps for HM2 or HM3. They are only supported on Windows.

So is it fine to purchase notecaddy now and it will also work when I get HM3 or should I just wait?
I know you said you are working on notecaddy support for HM3 but I'm just worried that my purchase won't cross over from HM2.
I look forward to looking at Leakonomics.

I got confirmation from management that if you purchase NoteCaddy for HM2 at this point in time you will get a free upgrade to NC for HM3.

Yes, it is standalone software with it's own database engine (it does not use PostgreSQL like HM2 did).

We do not know when HM3 will be available for public Beta.

We can tell you that all HM2 owners will receive a discount on any upgrade to HM3 and that the highest discounts will be given to those that purchased HM2 just prior to the release of HM3 Alpha.

In addition, those that purchase HM2 during the HM3 Alpha/Beta period will receive a free upgrade to HM3 once it is released. Anyone purchasing HM2 on Friday 28th of October 2016 or after will not have to pay to upgrade to HM3.

As we finalize other details, we will make announcements accordingly.

We generally do not give ETA's. I can say it is getting closer to being ready for customer testing in the private beta group but it is still undergoing further internal testing before it can be released.

I am not sure why you would think we gave up on HM3 as there have been 29 beta updates (3000+ internal changeset's) since we started private beta testing about 16 months ago.

Can WPN jackpot importing get fixed in an upcoming update please? I'm assuming this is a really simple task for developers. I'm sure you guys are busy, but this would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed when adding EV bb/100 to the cash reports, that this column is not color coded like bb/100 or $ USD (EV adjusted) is. Is there a way to color code it on my side, or is it strictly in the code?

Is this an error on my side, an overlook in coding, or intentional?

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HM-7120

I noticed that that ticket was put in 4.5 years ago. I guess it isn't of any priority. I wouldn't think that it would be that hard to program. Maybe it is fixed in HEM3?

Yes, it is an old ticket and was never resolved because there are only 2 customer emails linked to the ticket and we fix issues based on how many customers are affected by (or asked to be notified when it is resolved) the issue. It works as it should in HM3:
