I can't give an ETA unfortunately. We have a fix in place in our internal build, just waiting on the release ready version that we can push to the beta update feed.

The new beta update with the fix for the Party Fast Forward tables is now live. Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

You will also receive a prompt to update on launch (or if you click the 'check for updates' Home tab button) as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

tried to install it but got some error about party communicator. Will try to reinstall HM2 then install update again.

Now i uninstalled HM2 but party communicator is still in folder and cannot be deleted like something is using it. Partypoker is closed. What is using it?

Close Party/HM2 both and try to update again.

If you continue to have problems:

Close HM2/Party, open Task Manager and right-click 'End Task' for any HM related processes (or just reboot your PC) and try updating again.

Reboot your PC and try updating again before you open anything poker related. PartyGaming or PartyCaption (if you use it) may still be stuck in RAM.

Hello,

Having trouble with the HUD on ACR. Works fine on all tournament tables except for the Mini Online Super Series tournaments.

This happens anytime a site runs these special/new series or one of a kind tournaments. Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder. You will have to use it for each new tourney and each time you get moved to a new table.

A few issues with the database and I likely need to send you my database files.I understand you don't disclose your clients information, that said, would sending my database files show my poker site username? obviously I would think it would, is there away around this as I rather keep anonymous?

And would sending my database files give access to seeing all the hands in the database?

What problems are you having exactly? Without more details about the specific problems you are having all I can suggest is some basic suggestions to try if you think your database might be corrupted somehow. If your database is corrupted there is no need to send it as we can not repair a corrupt database.

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database.

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB.

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.

Here is a FAQ explaining how to backup your database and all settings in one easy step.

If none of that helps please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

is there any way for me to see how am i doing versus a specific player in terms of ev?

i.e. not how much am i down/up versus someone, but instead knowing how much i should be up/down versus someone?

Assuming I understood the question correctly:
  • Reports - More Reports - Overall
  • More Filters - Basic Filters - Vs Player - [x] 'Use Vs Player' = choose an opponent - 'OK'
Compare the Net Won USD to the $ USD EV Adjusted and/or click the 'Show or hide the results graph' if you want to see your results graphed.



You can see I won $22.80 more than I 'should have when all in' according to the stats in the report so my green winnings line is tracking above the orange AI-EV line at the end of the graph.

Please let me know if I misinterpreted the question and I can check with the other guys to get the proper answer.

I am on the trail version but considering to buy, just a couple questions:

- if I do so will I have to pay the full amount again when HM3 is released?
- will i get access to the hm3 beta?

If you buy HM2 from this point forward you will get a free upgrade to an equivalent HM3 license (currently in private beta testing) when it is eventually released.

HM3 Pre-Release beta sign up is now closed. We will open up HM3 Beta to additional licenses after we have completed our review and analysis of feedback to date. Once it is open for more testers there will be an advisory on the HM2 Home tab with instructions and a link for requesting a beta trial license.

The Advanced Action Filters has a 'Joined by' filter at the bottom from 'And' to [x] 'Or' but you can't do both check and call filters at the same time, just one or the other. You will probably have to filter separately and mark the hands then use the By HandMarking report to review the hands. If you want to do further filtering you would then likely be best served exporting the marked hands and importing them to a fresh database to do more filtering on the already filtered/marked data set.

Hi there,

On HEM2 a while ago there was an update saying hud would work for jackpot/sng2.0 on the WPN network.

I've tried several different WPN skins including ACR and hud does not ever work for these formats. Am I missing something or did this update just not do anything? I see a little hud profile selector at top left of these tables (like happens with every other table before hud launches) but the hud never launches.

The only open issue I see at the moment in our system is:

HM-8776: WPN Jackpots HUD does not work properly on multiple tables

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder for non 'fast-fold' tables.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

i got it mas mine has some problem, because i can only do it with same date on it (and choosing a date all the results seem far off).

an example:

i am up versus this guy 100 bucks, but when i do it the way you told it says that im up almost 3 times that versus him...

am i doing something wrong here?

I misunderstood the question as I expected since I haven't used the Vs Player report, or been asked about it, in a very long time.

The Vs Player 'Filter' does not behave the same as the Vs Player 'Report' upper grid. The upper part of the report will show you how much you won from that player specifically. The hand grid below the report acts like the filter does and shows all money won in hands played with that selected player in total, not from just that player like the upper portion of the report.

I am off our team chat software for the day (and likely most of tomorrow) but I will bookmark this question and double check with the rest of the team when I am back working later this week to see if what you want is possible. I don't think it is possible but if it can be done (in HM2 or HM3) I will PM you and re-quote our chat in this thread to let you know. If it is not possible in HM2 or HM3 I will have our QA/Testing Manager check with the developers to see if it is something we can try to incorporate into a future HM3 build.

As you can see from this screenshot the hands simply aren't importing. Again, unless I'm missing something these game formats aren't supported by hem2. I feel like several people have given the information you requested so I'm not sure if it's wasting my time. Is there something we have to do to configure jackpots?
