You are looking for a filter or report to tell you 'You played X days'? I can't think of anything in HM2 that can do that automatically. Are you playing cash, or tournament, or both?

Cash: If you open the More Reports > Date/Time > 'Sessions by Day' then right-click in the upper grid of the report and choose 'Save As...' it will export a csv file. You can then open the csv file in Excel or Open Office and scroll down to see how many rows/lines are in the report.

Tournament: There is no tournament report equivalent to that cash game sessions by day report so there is no easy way to do that for tournament 'sessions' that I can think of.

No. That would require live tracking of the hand to be able to keep it accurate during a hand. We removed our live tracking feature in HM2 after Amaya made some of those live tracking powered features against their rules.

Street By Street HUD, Live Pot Odds and the Line Taken stat were a part of the Live Tracking feature. It only ever worked at IPoker and PokerStars. It broke on IPoker after they introduced their new beta (now official) client. We had to disable it completely after PokerStars introduced their new Third Party Tools rules as it was used to power some of the other features which are no longer allowed on PokerStars. We have no plans to bring this feature back or design any new features for HM2/3 that would not work at all supported networks/sites.

You can open the More Reports > By Stakes report to see your results at that limit or you can use the More Filters > Basic Filters > 'Game Stakes and Number of Players' filters to filter by stake in any other report. If you want to use the Opponents tab view you need to open the More Filters menu and then select the appropriate stake you want to filter by.

There is no easy way to do what you want to do. You would need to create an alias of all your opponents, set that alias as the active player in the reports and use the Vs Player filter set to your own screen name and filter additionally for just NL5.

If you want to create an alias with a lot of villains you can do it via PGAdmin as explained here or via the new NoteCaddy Premium Aliases feature that creates an alias based on a color definition but please be aware that it can be very resource intensive to link all villains to an alias so you should have a powerful computer with lots of ram if attempting this. This technique can also cause erroneous results if some of the villain's you aliased together have played hands against each other. An alias is designed to join 2 or more hero screen names that would not have played against each other so while this is possible to do it is not something we officially support or recommend.

If you are using NC you can do the aggregate percentages much more quickly than by making an alias.

There is bug with importing and HUD stopping when blind hit over certain amount in PartyPoker tournaments. Are you solving this prior to Powerfest?

It should already be resolved in the latest release - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-...ts-update.html

There has been misunderstanding, maybe I wrote above text incorrectly.

I meant when there is a large stack (over 40 million chips in my case) at the table hand importing and HUD stops.

That should be addressed by this part of the release notes:

Quote:
PartyPoker - Added support for new tournament hand history format with blinds above 1000
If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

It is not working and I have already submitted ticket.

When I try to manually import files with large player stacks stated above it won't import (showed errors) and HUD also disappeared while playing. When I manually changed player's stacks in files after session I was able to manually import them. That's why I think cause of the problem is a large chip stack.

If you already started a ticket please follow up via that support channel. Posting the same problem in multiple support channels doesn't help your or us as you now have two of our employee's helping you for one issue and neither will know what the other has suggested.

tried purging hands prior to 2017, I even used two different aliases in hopes it would work. It is not working. It says they were purged, and I must ****** HM2, so I did. Then when I check my reports tabs, all the hands prior to 2017 are still present.

If you are purging all hands but last year it may be easier and faster to just create a new database and only import hands from your archive for 2017 and 2018, assuming you are trying to purge more hands than you are trying to save.

Are you picking screen names or alias names? If the latter, try picking screen names instead.

If that doesn't make a difference in the behavior:

How much free space do you have on your system/C drive and how big is the database according to the HM2 > Database > Database Info menu? You generally need more than twice as much free space as your database is big according to that menu and you should always have at least 20% free space.

Please see this FAQ to clear up some more free space.

Try emptying c:\temp and/or c:\users\username\appdata\local\temp. You will need to show system and hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files.

If you continue to have problems you can try moving the windows temp directories that we use for these database procedures to another drive that has more free space.

Put the backup file location on another drive.

Also, make sure that the permissions settings are not blocking the necessary files/folders. Please see this FAQ to alleviate any security bottlenecks.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'DBControlPanel' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

gonna keep it simple and delete DB and reimport some "newer" hands into the new DB.

I will be able to reimport via the archived hand histories folder, correct?

Yes, it should be the simplest fix though you should still look to clear up more free space in general.

Yeah, that should not be the cause in that case. If you have issues importing hands to a new database, or have further issues purging hands from any database:

If you continue to have problems please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'Import' and 'DBControlPanel' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and attach your \HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Please zip and email the requested file via the 'Contact Support' link with a link to this thread and your forum name.
