Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

If you continue to have problems:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Merge, like WPN, do not write tournament summary files. Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

Assuming you have a slightly different screen name on the other skin, you should have no issues. The majority of our customers do similar things on a variety of networks (very common with ipoker, winning, etc). You will still have all your data on yourself and your opponents for the network. You will just need to make sure the auto import folder is setup properly then you can switch the active hero in the reports to your stars screen name and create an alias of the two names for reviewing your own lifetime data.

Mine has always been slightly different but after thinking on it some I don't think it should cause you any issues actually.

We no longer import the hands for their cash game tables. They are no longer writing hands from the point you don't contribute to the pot so we can no longer support these cash game hands - http://www.mpn.poker/blog/closing-a-few-loopholes/

Microgaming has made a decision to not provide cash game customers with all hand histories for games they are seated in. They also stopped writing anonymous hand history files but we never supported a HUD on those tables. Even though a Microgaming cash game player has posted blinds for the round, they will now only provide customers with a hand history if the customer directly contributed to a pot. We are no longer importing Microgaming cash game hand histories because many stats are significantly skewed as a result of the Microgaming decision to not provide hand histories on all cash game hands. We will continue to support Microgaming tournaments as all players are provided with complete hand histories.

See this forum thread/post for more details about these changes - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/gene...ml#post2485729

There are links in the above forum post if you want to roll back to be able to import these hands but the stats in the HUD/Reports will be inaccurate which could cause you to make bad decisions at the tables. If you continue to have problems importing with the older versions please tell us the software version of your poker client as some customers have reported that microgaming is no longer saving any cash hands so they may now be rolling out changes to completely block trackers/huds on cash tables.

Fozzy71 tnx for the response but i think i was not clear with my question so will try again.

I would like to use hm2 just as a statistical tool for hands played, winrate and money won.

Let`s say i play 100 hands in a session, and vpip 70.Will my number of hands in a session

be 70 or 100?Im am not interested to see this actual hands,i understand this new rules,

i just want to keep track of montly hands played, money won and winrate if possible.

The new HM2 builds will not import them at all. Old builds will import them, inaccurately. I don't play there, never tested these changes, and we don't provide support for old builds of HM2 so I am not positive how the issues will affect those builds other than the stats will be unreliable. I believe in the example you mentioned it will only import the 70 hands, so your vpip, total hands played, and I believe even net won/lost will be inaccurate. If you really want to know how it affects you then install one of the old builds and play 1 orbit while taking notes on the hands to compare after the orbit.

Hi, is it possible for me to view the hands from a given table in order. I am on ignition and use the card catcher if it makes a difference.

- More Reports > Players > Sessions by Table will list cash tables by table name in the upper report grid.
- Select the Table/Session you want to replay from the top window
- Choose the [x] All radio button if there are more than 250 hands in that session
- Click the Time column heading in the bottom hands datagrid window to resort from most recent to the oldest hand for that particular session
- Right-click the top/first hand in the list and chose 'replay all'

Not according to the page I linked to:

Quote:
  • In cash games, we will only save a full hand history to your computer if you contributed to the pot. If you don’t contribute to the pot, we will save a reduced version of the hand history with only basic information such as your balance, hole cards, and the fact that you folded. This reduced hand history will not include your opponents’ hands or actions. The implication of this is that you will not be able to track hands in which you did not actively participate, nor will you be able to gather data on your opponents by passive observation.
  • We will not save hand histories for Anonymous Tables at all. These tables are intended to be a tracking software free zone, and we will take active measures to stop the use of HUDs and tracking software at Anonymous Tables, should any software provider attempt to bypass the restriction.
If you have complete hand histories when you only posted a small or big blind please zip/email us a sample gamehistory.dat file with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD. It is configured in the Site Setup - Auto Import Folders menu.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

I'm looking at the opponents tab for some player pool informationa and the 4bet fold/call/raise totals for the pool, in the bottom line of the pic below, add up to less than 100%. As you can see they all seem to add up to 100% for the individual players. Any idea why this is? I actually noticed the same thing on a video I was watching online

Thanks

I have a feeling they may be weighted or averaged percents for the totals but am not positive. I pinged our QA/Testing Manager to see if he knows or can check with the developers. I will update the thread and quote you again once I have a proper answer.
