Right. We added support to HM2 for manually importing them but have not yet added support for auto importing now that they are written while playing. HM3 support is still a work in progress for our devs/testers. Once we have it working with HM3 we will move that code over to HM2 so HM2 can work on these files/games as well.

HM2 and HM3 can not do this. They can only graph tourney EV by hand, not by game. I believe it is on the to-do list for HM3 for post-release but there are no plans to add it to HM2.

Yes, but we do not recommend auto importing to both at the same time when playing live.

PT4's default name/password is - postgres/dbpass
HM's default name/password is - postgres/postgrespass

You might also want to try svcPASS83 for a password if none of the above works.

If that doesnt help:

1. Go to C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\8.x\data, move the the pg_hba file to your Desktop and open it with notepad.
2. Scroll to the bottom and change all md5 to trust. Save and close the file
3. Move the file back to the data folder
4. Restart the PostgreSQL service: Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services

HM will accept any password now.

i open the data file and theres not files in there just says folder is empty

Quick question if i may.

CO opens to 2.5, Hero on button raises to 9bb, BB re-raises to 23.5bb, CO folds, Hero folds.

Why is this not showing up in my HUD as a 4 bet by BB ? or under what stat would this show up ?

Plus.

Button opens to 2.5, hero raises in SB, BB shoves for 46bb, button folds, Hero calls.

Again .. no 4 bet stat for BB.

Did you just try to use dbpass for the password when HM2 prompts you to connect? If PostgreSQL was originally installed with PT4 that is all you should need to do.

How are you viewing the \data folder? With Windows Explorer or something else?

A 4 bet would only be counted if it was the original opener making the 4 bet.

In situation #1 and #2 that is a cold 4-bet which should be counted as vsTwoPlusRaisers > Raise vs 2+ Raisers.

I'm looking to delete a large part of my DB. I used to play on Stars.fr but it no longer allows for ROI players. How can I delete all the hands specific to that network?

Not sure where is the correct place to post a bug so I'll do it here too and the other forums:

the hud for ipoker (william hill) works OK in tournaments until there is a table change. Then the hud positions are wrong and it also freezes. the hands get imported correctly. start/stop the hud goes to "waiting for hands".

also for the tourneys rebuys are totally wrong but really for a 5 rebuy sometimes the software puts $378 rebuy or weird stuff like that.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HM-8884

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link and include "Notify Me When HM-8884 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.


Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results.

The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit.

Thanks, does it work with the table finder if I manually point to the table? I am asking because I tried to do this yesterday but I was playing 2h without a table change so if you could spare me this trouble

Table Finder usually fixes the issue but HM2 doesn`t update table stats in the Active session tab. If you restart the HUD and import again then HM2 can`t detect the tables at all.

I don't think HM3 has this issue (not positive) so if you want to create a support ticket to my attention and request a HM3 Beta trial license, and reference this HM2 issue numbrt, you can test HM3 on these games.

is there any option, that HM detects the anonymous Players on a Partypoker CG-Table byitself?

For example when "Player 1" on Table 1 is seated on a different position then "Player 1" on Table 2?

Or do i have to click the arrow in my HUD on every table, everytime?

Is your hero sitting at the same seat on every table? If yes:

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK
3) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
4) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
5) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

How do you check how much under ev you are running in tournaments on HM2, and what way does it work, is it Big blinds won/lost or different

That is only if you have custom HUDs, to make backup copies in case something goes wrong. You can generally safely ignore that step.

HM2 does not have a graph for chips/tourney. You can graph $EV/Tournaments with the More Reports - Tournament Winnings Graph - Options (lower left corner) - [x] 'Luck Adjusted Winnings' - 'Refresh'. To graph by chips/hands use the More Reports - Overall report and click the 'Show or hide the results graph' button between the two grids and make sure the Luck Adjusted Winnings graph option is enabled again/still.

party poker hud for tournaments stopped working after their last update. it works fine for the 1st few blind levels then disappears. doesn't even show up in table finder. it worked fine for the 1st 5-6 blind levels though...did i do something wrong or is there a problem with the later blind levels?
