There's "Skip Flop CB and fold to turn bet IP" (under Skipped Cbet), I think that's the same as "Fold to Turn Probe"?

Thank you, I had forgot to bump this question with our stats guru and I always get confused by the skipped and missed cbet stats.

Perfect thanks guys.
Thanks for the info on sharing databases, I was unaware. btw my question on satellite hands was separate. I play lots of satellites and then play with some of the guys that satellite in and their 'tournament' stats are skewed because of it.

This is unlikely to be a solution for you as I assume you generally play both types during any given session:

The only way to do that would be to create multiple databases. One would have to be just satellites and the other database with the other games. You can only have one active database at a time so you would have to switch to your satellite db before a satty session and not play any other type of games during this time, then switch back to the other database when not playing satellites.

Moving a DB so it can still be connected to is a complex process, hence that really long FAQ explaining how to do it.

You want to filter to only see hands when hero 4 bets?
  • reports - more filters basic filters - common filters
  • 4Bet = Yes + OK

Or you want to see all hands except the ones he 4bets?

I'm having trouble getting Hold Em Manager 2 to work with Intertops. The HUD shows up,but I notice where the hero name is, it only shows my hero name for WPN. Pokerstars and Intertops (Revolution/Cake) doesn't show up. How do I fix this problem?

I going to play a tournament for the first time today on Intertops at 5:30est so I'll check to see if it resolves it.

Ok the HUD does work, but Revolution/Cake hands are not showing up in HM2 despite there being a folder of my hand history, and I see don't see another hero name aside from my WPN Hero name. I need help.

Thank you for letting us know you solved your problems.

If you continue to have problems:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

If you continue to have problems, please duplicate the issue and send us log files with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing:
- Open Windows Event Viewer's (Control Panel > System & Security > Administrative Tools or Start > Search > 'Event Viewer') > Windows Logs > Applications.
- Check for any errors and send the information (Save All Events As...).
- Please send your \HM2Logs folder files as well.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then right-click > 'copy dropbox link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com

It is still in private beta testing. I do not have an ETA for open public beta or official release yet. If you still have a beta license you can give it a try.

Please try to create a new database: File - New Database then manually import some hands File - Import Folder - from C:\HM2Archive

If the new database works: Can you please backup your HM2 database/settings as explained here.

Then upload the backup file to filedropper.com and paste the download link in a support ticket so we can test your database import issues please. Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

Dear HoldemManager,

please help me with my problem.

I have followed the advice you have given here: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/gene...-update-3.html

After downloading both suggested versions, neither of them import the .txt handhistories I have exported from Microgaming (NordicBet) main client.

Is there a way to import the hands (I only need to check EV result)?

We never supported microgaming .txt hand history files that were exported from their client. We only support the original gamehistory.dat files for microgaming. The original/recent dat file will be in the poker client program files x86 folder. Any hands you may have played with HM2 before the update would have been archived to C:\HM2Archive.

That should work once you restore it to the new machine using the same options. I just tested it and all my custom HUD profiles and popups all restored as expected.

If you continue to have problems: Please see this FAQ to transfer/backup data manually. If you transfer all the files/folders in the \Config folder from one machine to the other that should get all your custom popups, hud settings and HUD configs to the new machine.

You can also zip/attach the backup file and send it to us for testing so we can try to reproduce your restore problems. Please create a support ticket via the Contact Support link and zip/attach the backup file and include a link to this thread with your forum name.

Hello,

I'm wondering if someone can help me.

My tournaments winnings are showing incorrectly, very incorrectly, it shows like I've won thousands of dollars (which obviously is not the case [unfortunately]

What I've tried:
Deleted the HM2 database, created a new database and imported all the hands from HM2Archive (eg. C:\HM2Archive\PokerStars\2017 )
Doing this, all tournament winnings as showing correctly, but when I start playing and finish, if I check the results, it shows again that I've won a lot.

Under the settigs, I have for pokerstars:
- users\myusername\AppData\roaming\HEM Data\Hands
Archive to: C:\HM2Archive
- users\myusername\AppData\local\Pokerstars.Ro\HandH istory + subfolders
Archive to: C:\HM2Archive
- users\myusername\AppData\local\Pokerstars.Ro\Tourn Summary + subfolders
Archive to: C:\HM2Archive
- users\myusername\AppData\local\Pokerstars.Ro\HandH istory<my username> + subfolders
Archive to: C:\HM2Archive
- users\myusername\AppData\local\Pokerstars.Ro\Tourn Summary<my username> + subfolders
Archive to: C:\HM2Archive

In the pokerstars client, I have the following enabled:

- Save my Hand History to Users\myusername\AppData\Local\PokerStars.RO\HandH istory
and keep for 100 days (language english)
- Save my tournamet summaries to C:\Users\myusername\AppData\Local\PokerStars.RO\To urnSummary
and keep for 100 days (language english)

I'm using HM2 2.0.0.8484 licensed for Small Stakes.
I'm also playing (when I sat into them) tournies bigger than the HM2 Small Stakes covers but could that be the case why its messing results up?

Any help will be much apriciated.

Thank you.

The larger stakes games will not show in the reports so that could be part of the problem. If you see specific tournaments in the reports that you know are incorrect you need to email us the HH/TS files for those games with a detailed description of what is incorrect.

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and many single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information its impossible for HM2 to know the correct results. If you have any discrepancies you will need to edit the results manually.

You may need to request and import any/all of your old tournament histories and import those to HM2 to correct issues with old tournaments showing wrong results. Stars did not write the tourney summaries to your hard drive in the past, like FTP did, so please enable the option in the PokerStars client via their lobby options and make sure that HM2 has added both the hand history and summary folder to your Auto Import Folder Configuration and this will ensure future tournaments have correct results automatically.

For older tournaments email support@pokerstars.com and ask for ALL your old Hand Histories and Tournament Audit Files in .htm format. They will send you an email with links to zip files of your hand histories. Download all the zip files. Right-Click > Extract the contents of each zip file to a new folder and then manually import those files by going to the Importing option in the HM Ribbon menu and choosing import from folders in the manual import section. You may see import errors as some of these hands are probably already imported.

The tournament summaries should be attached to the email as .htm files. Download the attachments and repeat the process of importing all the files. If the files are sent as .html you will need to rename them (Right-Click > Rename) from .html to .htm extensions otherwise they will not import. You can view this FAQ for more information on importing emailed hand histories.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.
