I never mentioned that tournament tag report, or any specific report. I mentioned filtering out MTTs that you might have played:

You have to filter for Single Table Tourneys (so MTT's aren't mixed in) using the More Filters - Tournament Filters - Tournament Type - STT = True

But that won't make your red line appear in the graph suddenly if it is already laid directly over the green line. That indicates the $EV/LAW is not being calculated for some reason so I suggested you try vacuuming your database to see if the red line will then appear, and if it doesn't you need to send us your hands for testing with a link to this thread and your forum name.

Re: Holdem Manager Support

After updating to the latest version tonight (version 2.0.0.8484 I am having problems with my HUD again in a Tourney on ACR. the HEM2 is importing hands but it is only showing correctly updated stats for a few players at the table. I have tried using the table finder solution mentioned on the last page ITT but it doesn't change anything. I have tried closing the program and running it as admin but that also hasn't done anything.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Re: Holdem Manager Support

I am having trouble downloading my HH from ACR onto HM2. I have downloaded thousands of hands from ignition with no problem but can't figure out what is going wrong with ACR HH.

I have noticed something strange when I go to the folder I am trying to upload it is filled with DHH, PHH, and Text files. I tried after updating to newest client and it looked like it was uploading the hands but they are nowhere to be found. Here is a view of when it looked like it was uploading.

You can't see any hands for your ACR screen name in the reports/database if you search for your screen name? HM2 only imports the txt file versions of their hands. PT4 and HM3 will auto import the phh/dhh files (and HM3 will also manually import txt as well). Once the txt files are auto imported they get archived but none of the trackers archive files that were not auto imported so they need to be manually archived from time to time.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

I've tried running everything as admin and unticking the HM3 hotkeys (for marking hands).

Quite impressed with how HM3 handles a large db for off the table stuff, would like to get it going in-game.

If not I may have to wait until the other tester that went on vacation comes back at the end of next week.

I am sorry, I closed the ticket without replying to let you know I duplicated the issue. I was able to duplicate it with a TO trial and got it documented for the developers. It is likely to be a low priority issue as you are the only one reporting it so far and our focus is on issues that affect wider portions of HM3 users at this time.

The ticket number for your reference is HMT-2864
