Table Finder works on any supported site but it does not work on fast-fold (zoom, rush, speed, fastforward, etc) tables.

I have problems with my hud on zoom tables, but regular table works fine.
Whats the problem i use version 2.0.0.8482

IMPORTANT Zoom Installation Instructions:

Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

On the first run, you must start the Hold'em Manager 2 HUD BEFORE you launch PokerStars. If PokerStars is open, you must close PokerStars, start the HUD and then open PokerStars before Zoom HUD will function properly. If the Zoom HUD is not displaying after doing the above, please uninstall PokerStars, rename the associated C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\PokerStars.xx folders. and re-download and install PokerStars as the PokerStars installation is more than likely corrupted and a PokerStars reinstall should resolve the issue.

Please check all of the steps on this FAQ.

If you continue to have problems please tell us which ps.xx skin you play on, what the client/server version numbers are, and send the requested files/screenshots as instructed at the end of the Zoom setup FAQ in the link above.

IS THERE a way to filter for the times I had a set.?

Go into More Filters > Hand Values and then enable 'Filter by flop strength' and choose the three of a kind option.

In hole cards choose pocket pairs.

Now the hud pops up but not changeing to the right player stats when i switch to a new table.

Please send the feature logs and other files as instructed at the bottom of that zoom faq I linked to in the previous reply. We can't know what is causing the problems by a description of the problem, we need to see the logs/files I asked for.

Can someone please tell me if the "error parsing hand" issue has been fixed? If so pleassseee direct me to the proper solution thread.

When you're playing poker, after a showdown and the hand is over, the HUD displays the board and cards people had, how do you turn this off?

Are you referring to the 2+2 hand history converter? That should be working again other than a few outlying site specific issues. If you are having an issue please tell me which sites/games you are playing that won't convert so I can be sure the issue is documented then I will try and bump all the open converter issues with our QA/Testing Manager so he can get them assigned to a developer.

If your site/game hands won't convert you will need to use the HM2 hand history viewer forum format export option at the bottom right of the hand history viewer (up/down arrows to the right of the copy button) for now.

If you are talking about an error with HM2 not importing hands please zip and email us the problem hands.

Hi just a few questions with regards HM.

1.Is there a stat for - stab frequency/prob ie. if we are PFR and check to villain, how often they lead the turn?
It's a key factor for me that I can't locate.

2. I have set up tournament filters eg. stats will only appear if player is between 10-12bbs, 13-20bbs etc. my question is, is it possible to view total number for each stats during a hand? ie. at the moment if the player has 10 bbs it will only show his PFR for 10-12bbs. is it possible to also view his PFR for all his hands

3. Looking through my database I'm trying to locate my Big Blind position defends. ie. each hand 45o 57o etc to see how I'm doing and if it is better than <-100bb/100

2. Your HUD popup should show all stats I think

3. More Reports > Preflop > Holecards then More Filters > Basic Filters > Position and Action > Hero's position = Big Blind. After that I guess you filter Preflop action facing Hero to 1 Raiser and I think that'll give you BB defends

There's a Bet vs Missed Cbet category of hud stats - "Turn Bet vs Missed CB IP" does what you describe. The stat might not be available in reports - annoyingly quite a lot of stats are missing in reports, I think they're fixing this for HM3.

The bold is correct. Any stat that makes sense to be used in both the reports and HUD will be available in both places in HM3.

Make sure your site is configured to save hands and that HM2 is setup to auto import those hands.

*Note that we do not support play money hands so you must test/play real money hands when using HM2.

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time.

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder if you are playing regular non-zoom type tables.

If you continue to have problems:

Please follow the instructions in this FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

Please zip and email the requested files via the 'Contact Support' link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.

that stat you refer to ''Turn Bet vs Missed CB IP'' I think that doesn't cover what I'm looking for as it just means if I check the turn they bet.
What I'm looking for is if I check the flop in position how often they bet the turn.
I know Pokertracker have this stat called Probe but I really don't want to move

Also I can't work out this question.

We do not use the term 'probe' bet in our stats. If you are IP and they are OOP the stat you would want to put in the HUD to look at for them would be 'Turn Bet vs Missed Flop CB OOP'.


You will need to use the HUD 'popups' to see their lifetime stats if you are using the HUD/Tournament filters on the HUD. Just make sure you have the same stats you use in the HUD in one of the main/tabbed popups you activate by clicking or the stat specific hover popup assigned to that stat.

I haven't played online poker since black friday, I used to play on stars and used HEM1. On America's card room, do you have to manually import tournament summaries for MTT SNGs and MTTs in HEM2 like you had to with stars and HEM1? If so how do you do that? Thanks!

WPN does not write summaries. Their HH files also do not contain information about most of the buyins and winnings. You will need to edit them in Tournament Reports.

That's a bummer, would be nice if they would include that in the HHs. I've been messing with it a little bit and I was wondering if you can create your own tag? I've played three .55 cent MTT SNGs on ACR and it's tagging them all as 8-Person double or nothings, and I try to change the tag but there aren't any options for MTT, they're all single table tags.

Edit: nvm just figured it out, got the custom tag created. Thanks for your help!
