what now?
Earlier you showed a picture where your \postgresql folder was 90gb and in this screen shot your \base sub-folder is 70gb. That means the other \postgresql sub-folders are 20gb but that would be extreme as my other \postgresql sub-folders are less than a GB. Have you installed and used windirstat like our FAQ suggested so you can see what the other files and folders are that are using up large amounts of space?
You have 6 databases in that folder. The folder named '1' and 'psql_tmp' are default installation folders and not an actual database created by HM2 or PT4. You said you only had 2 in HM2 but how many do you have in PT4? Did you delete the PT4 databases? Apparently you have something else using PSQL besides HM2 and PT4 if their databases combined don't add up to 6.
If you go to your Windows start menu and search for PGAdmin and open it up and connect to the server it will list your databases by name instead of number. If you then click on a database name in the list on the left so it connects now to a database you will see the corresponding OID number for that database in your \base folder you posted a screen shot of.
