Hi!

Everytime I play on americas cardroom I have to manually take note of the tournaments so I can edit HM2 later.
Should HM2 work fine with this site? The HUD is perfect, but the reports are ridiculous. When I play a 3.30, hm will show me 33.00 ,etc.

A second question: I don't have a hud on the jackpots sngs. Is it just me? Does HM2 should work with these games? thanks

Hi. I've been using HM cloud and I've noticed that the money/allinev graph is simply wrong (not accurate with my actual results). What should I do?

Any tournament with more than 1 table (and some single table games) will require a separate Tournament Summary/History file to be imported for HM2 to properly calculate the size, places, and prizes. Without this information it is impossible for HM2 to work out the correct results. The only sites that currently write these summary files that we support right now is Pokerstars, Full Tilt, and Pacific. If your site does not write summaries, or you experience any discrepancies with the results, you will need to manually edit the results via the Reports > Tournament > Tournaments > right-click > edit - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...rnament+Editor

It doesn't work at all? I haven't tested them in some time and the only open issue I see is an issue where the HUD wasn't aligning properly when playing multiples of the same stake jackpot. I will set a reminder to do some testing this week.

Please see this FAQ on how to use table finder for non 'fast-fold' tables.

If you continue to have problems:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

What site/games? You can send us some hands for testing to try and confirm/document the issue but the issue is unlikely to be resolved anytime soon by our developers. Our focus right now is on the HM3 Beta and HM Cloud is likely to not see any updates anytime soon as it's future is unclear.

If you want to send the hands for testing: please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link here.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your archive folder can be found by checking the settings here.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

so i saw that i was missing a big hand from zoom and i got my hand history from pokerstars. i tried to add it to the text file from that table and import, it didnt add that hand. i also tried to create a solo text file for the hand and import it, that didnt work either. any help for importing a single zoom hand from pokerstars?

Just import the entire file and it should skip dupes and add in missing hands. Did they send it in the body of the email or as an attachment? The latter is preferred. There are numerous reports of stars client not writing all zoom hands and not writing any hands/files for some spins (6x and larger multipliers.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories and the one(s) stars sent you, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support' link.

I played one today (sorta by mistake and got blinded out most of the game as I didn't realize it had auto registered me when I was away from the desk) and realized they do not yet write hands while playing. There is a tab called 'Hand Histories' under the Jackpots menu where you can download them afterwards. Without live hands being written you will not be able to use a HUD on these tables.

thanks! my problem was that i was trying to import from another place that wasnt the HM2Archive. its all working now

I was taking screenshots and so on when I noticed I had another answer here. ehehe
I was going to tell you that I do know how to use "table finder" but the table doesn't show...eheh

So, I may download the hands and then import them to hm, right? Will that work fine?

downloading the hands then manually importing them will get you the hands but you will still have to use the tournament editor to enter your buyin, finish, winnings, etc since they don't write summary files.

Not doable...4 spin n go tables, winch one lasts around 7 minutes as we know, 4 hours...SO MUCH WORK to edit it all...
I guess I will keep on playing them without a hud. (the worst thing is we can not even take notes, but that's site's fault not hm.).

Thank you very much for all the help. This was SOOOO much great and faster than contacting HM by email.

Correct. HM3 will have a Quick Filters side bar menu that can be accessed without opening the main filters menu and it will have 3 tabs: quick filters, recent filters, and saved filters.

Hello,
I updated HM2 (had not done it in 6 months i guess) and Microgaming is being shown off numbers (vpip pfr and 3bet are very high which shows that most hands are not imported?)

Are you playing Blaze? On Blaze tables they only write hand histories for hands that go to showdown so we can not support a HUD on these games.

This is the first I have seen reports of this. Try removing all the widgets from the HM2 Home tab and see if that helps.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and send your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Make sure to tell us what city/country you are in, what your ISP is and what your IP Address is.

Is there a way to set Holdem Manager 2 to assume 9-max or 6-max tables? Or a way to adjust the auto-detection so that it works accurately? I play only 9 and 6-max tables but the software consistently sets itself to 8, 10, or 5 (under Number of Seats - HUD Options). This means I have to constantly go to HUD Options to adjust it to the correct number of seats or the HUD will be misplaced.

Maybe you could at least provide a hotkey to quickly switch to 9 or 6 seats?

It's very difficult to use like this when I have a bunch of tables and need to readjust the settings every time I open a table.

Hi,

my Holdem Manager is randomly missing hands at stars zoom, they usually seem to be the larger pots. I'm not having issues on any other site.

Is it possible to change the color of HUD boxes for specific players?

For example, right now my HUD boxes are black, but is there a way to permanently change player A's box to blue and player B's box to red etc while still having a default color?

Which site/games? The settings for this is in the Site Setup menu.

Please update to the latest beta version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...ger_2_Beta.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK

1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
2) Move the stats with the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.
3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

This is an issue with stars, not HM2, as confirmed in this reddit thread. Their spin n go tables with 6x or larger multipliers are not writing any hand histories either. You will have to email stars support and request all your hands since the problem started, and manually import them to HM2, until they resolve the issue with their client.

No, the closest thing to this would be to toggle on the Options > Settings > Auto Rate Rules > [x] 'Color Outline' option then use the HUD Note Icons to color the border of specific player's HUD panels.
